At Pincette- Lobster Bar, transport yourselves to a chic lobster shack in the East Coast of Canada. With lobster as the main item on the menu, our restaurant presents a variety of unique dishes including lobster poutine, lobster pasta, lobster mac and cheese, as well as classic dishes such as lobster rolls and of course, whole lobster. Enjoy a full raw bar as well as a range of seafood platters including Fish & Chips, linguine with clams and oysters.

Very disappointed in my meal. I got a lunch combo with ceviche as a starter & Pad Thai as my main. The ceviche had no citrus flavour & seemed to be tossed in mayo. The pad Thai was incredibly salty & the rice noodles were too chewy. Giving two stars because my husband did like his lobster meal though he mentioned it was slightly overcooked.View more

Expérience très décevante. Ma fille & moi attendions cette soirée avec impatience, elle avait hâte d'enfin manger du homard. On est arrivé à 18 h 15, avons attendu une heure avant de recevoir nos entrées, le tartare de ma fille était tiède (!) & le goût plutôt régulier, mes pétoncles étaient bons, mais les panais les accompagnant étaient noirâtres plus crus que cuits. Nos queues de homards étaient des miniatures, deux bouchées & elles étaient englouties, mais plutôt bonnes. Le risotto était bon sans plus. Un groupe de cinq est arrivé après nous, à été servi avant nous, entrées & plats, une jeune fille du groupe vapotait dans le restaurant (!) Ils sont partis avant nous. Ambiance très bruyante, avec la musique très forte, cela a tué toute envie de communication avec ma fille. Devant ma déception / mes commentaires, le restaurant nous a offert le dessert. Le gâteau au fromage était bon. Globalement, les prix sont très très élevés pour la quantité & la qualité. J'ai un petit appétit & je suis sortie du restaurant en ayant encore faim. New tourist trap in Old Port focused on Lobster. No AC inside, they have a patio on top but the service seems to differ from the different venues (rooftop patio, inside eating etc). For the lobster meal, we didn't get the special tools to crack open the claw etc we had to ask for them. The white wine wasn't chilled, & overall the serving staff needs more hospitality training before the busy peak summer season, as it's lacking right now. The decor inside was lovely. Good luck to the owners & I wish them long-term success in the Old Port. I will not return, personally & maybe they don't wanna focus on returning clientele.View more

We had a very relaxed lunch at „Pincette". Stephen was very friendly & helped us move inside when it started to rain during our meal. Overall very nice staff, really good, honest food & a very relaxed atmosphere. If we are ever back in Montreal, we will surely go back to Pincette!View more

First of all, Stephen was an absolute dream. So attentive & kind. Helpful navigating the menu. The lobster roll with fries & salad was absolutely amazing. There were pickled veggies in the salad that I'll be thinking about for days. As far as atmosphere it's a well lit cozy spot. 10/10 recommend this place.View more
