J'ai été très bien servie par une employée. Elle était extrêmement gentille, rapide & professionnelle. Comme certains articles n'étaient plus disponibles, elle m'a même offert un plat.Ce que j'ai énormément apprécié. Le service était excellent. Un restaurant que je recommande à 100 % !

Take out only ! But 300% worth it because its soo good.

We god both the BBQ jerk chicken & BBQ fried chiken with all sides ; sticky rice, mac salad, slaw, plaintain & the Donut. Big plate gave me 2 meals for 30$ including tip & all.

Great spot with a family working hard

Their food taste very good. I like how they season the jerk chicken. Their oxtail is the best I have ever tasted. I have tried oxtail in New Jersey & Toronto & it never tasted good & so I decided to try it for the last time at Pimento & surprisingly, it was delicious. I usually go to their first branch whenever I'm in Montreal & I recently saw an IG video review about the new Laval branch & i decided to try it when I came to Montreal. I wished they had a dine in there for those of us that are always on the move. The food is halal which is great because I eat only halal. I will highly recommend.

Le plat de poulet jerk était bon, c'est la 3e fois que j'y vais & c'est toujours aussi excellent.
Je devais essayer ce resto après à avoir essayer MTL-Yardie qui était succulent.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude, unprofessional, & disrespectful. Customer service needs significant improvement. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

We purchased two Jerk chicken meals for takeout. The chicken was delicious , well seasoned & juicy however the coleslaw had an odor (similar to when food is left out for several days ) Not sure if its because we ordered closer to closing time because Ive never had any issues with previous meals.

UPDATE: another day , another disappointment
Ordered a jerk chicken meal & a separate order of just jerk chicken.
Order took FOREVER to be delivered over 1h20 mins, so I thought aw maybe they are making it fresh right?
I received an order for a BBQ chicken meal which I DID NOT ORDER , & the jerk chicken was dryer than the Sahara dessert.You know when a restaurant is great in the beginning just to reel in clients then it just becomes meh? …. sadly this is what this has become & I honestly don't think I'll be spending anymore money there.
