Je viens de tester ce glacier après 5 ans dans la petite Italie je ne le connaissais pas wow quelle belle découverte ! Toutes les parfums sont un régal ! Mention spécial à la framboise yogourt & chocolat praliné ! J'ai envie de toutes les tester !!
Great service & always generous portions. If you love authentic Italian gelato & tiramisu, Pile ou Glace is hands down the best place in Montreal. I put on at least two pounds every summer because I always end up bringing home an extra pint!
La glace est de très bonne qualité, on peut ressentir qu'elle n'a pas était faite dans l'usine du coin. L'employé a été très chaleureuses. Elle m'a très bien servi avec un sourire ensoleillé. Très sociable & à l'aise avec les enfants, malgré leur turbulence, ce qui m'a beaucoup plu.
Mauvais service, malheureusement. L'employée a été condescendante dès la première approche. L'affogato était super par contre ! Je recommande, si le service vous importe peu.
The first time I visited, I was warmly welcomed by a kind lady with glasses & curly hair, her service truly stood out. A few days later, I was served by a younger brunette woman who seemed stiff & distant, but I didn't really say anything about it. On my third visit today, Wednesday, June 25th around 4 p.m., that younger lady was there again behind the counter, & her attitude felt even colder. She clearly knew she was being unwelcoming but made no effort to be polite. It honestly felt like she resented serving certain people, which came off as quite rude. I didn't say anything, I just left & went to Café Gelato next door. It cost more for the same product, but I preferred that over a'you're not worth my time' kind of service. Now, if I see the other kind lady with the glasses, I'll know we'll get a nice service. She was there today too but I wasn't served by her unfortunately. Not trying to be harsh but the other one knows she's not nice at all. But I'll come back to try another time since I'm next door.
