Quite pricey… the coffee is not terrible but not my favourite.. for the price, I was expecting better. The breakfast sandwiches are not bad. Staff is nice

Went to grab coffee & breakfast.
We had the croissant, deluxe sandwich & avocado toast. The avocado toast was the item the stands out from the rest. The bread is really good quality.
Flat white & matcha latte were really good as well.
The staff was friendly.
It took a bit longer than expected to get our food, but nothing unbearable.
The dinning area is shared with a pizza parlour? I'm unsure of the distribution.
