"The last few visits the service was really slow, given it was packed, but we had several servers. It's getting kind of dusty in here as well. Food is usually on point, with the exception of burnt pancakes. And really…what's up with not offering customers cutlery? In person and for delivery? I had to ask 3x. Lattes are great but step it up."
