"I have been to Pigeon on Monkland and Cote Vertu and never had anything negative to say. As for Pigeon West Island, i was quite disappointed. It was 5PM on a Wednesday, therefore not busy at all. Waitress took a really long time to take our orders and to bring our drinks, we had to ask 3 times for more water. Food came surprisingly much quicker but..."
