Menu original, bon service. Le restaurant est très bruyant car mal isolé le son se propage & cela rend l'expérience désagréable, surtout un dimanche matin.
Nourriture très qualitative. Les plats peuvent paraître simples au premier abord, mais la combinaison des ingrédients est très relevée & savoureuse. Le pain challah des burgers est goûteux & moelleux, les frites gaufrées goûtent bien la patate, le poisson est tendre. Les pâtes peuvent être très salées, mais personnellement j'apprécie bien.
L'ambiance est parfois assez bruyante.
Incompetent staff. Asked for a non spicy pasta for a baby & then got spicy pasta. More than an hour wait for food. Items were wrong. Actually kind of impressed how bad they are at their jobs.
I went to have breakfast with a friend, I ordered 2 eggs suny side up with bacon. I received the smallest 2 eggs you can imagine, 3 small strips of bacon with only on slice of toast & when I asked for a second slice of toast the waitress told me it is an addition charge of $1.50 which I refused to pay only for the principal.
The total breakfast was $19.00 plus tax plus tip.
I will never go back to this dump.

It's very noisy, the service is normal, the tea is delicious, but the dessert, in this particular case the teramiso, is terrible, very sweet & not tasty.
It was my first time visiting this café & I had a great experience. There aren't many coffee shops in the neighborhood, so Pigeon Coffee is a great addition. The ambiance is very nice, there are plenty of tables available, & parking is easy to find.
The service was excellent & the merguez pasta was delicious. If you're looking for a cozy place to enjoy coffee & chat with a friend in a pleasant atmosphere, I definitely recommend trying this spot.
I've been to this place multiple times before writing this review because I wanted to give it a real chance. The service has been noticeably dry on more than one visit, including a quiet weekday brunch where the place was barely busy. After my last visit, I read through other reviews & saw many people describing the same thing about inconsistency of service!
& the food, while decent, isn't strong enough to make up for it.
Flavor was ok. I got the Benedict Sabich. I was hoping for more eggplant.
Service was slow (there was a very large group)
So the acoustics in this place make it so that the noise level is very high. I really think when it's loud in there, their music should be lower.
Washrooms are not the cleanest.
L'expérience a été très décevante. Le service était mauvais & très lent. Les verres étaient disposés n'importe comment & le jus, bien que frais, contenait beaucoup trop de pulpe.
Le moment du paiement a été particulièrement gênant : la machine était configurée pour proposer les pourboires à partir de 18 %, sans même laisser l'option de 15 %. Je ne sais pas si c'est légal, mais c'est surtout très malvenu de mettre le client mal à l'aise, surtout quand le service est aussi médiocre.
Very cute café, but every visit is a hit or miss. I've been here many times & will continue to come, however, the service & food are very inconsistent. Last time I came for lunch the service was incredibly slow, which generally is not the case if it is not busy. The food here is generally good, however, during my last visit, we got a salmon avocado toast & as you can see on the pictures it was just sad. Absolutely not worth 21$+tax. The 17$ bagel lox was cheaper, bigger & tastier. My coffee also arrived cold. This is not the first average experience I had here. I wish there was more positive visits, but so far, it's a 50/50.
Quaint Cafe. Feels like you could be in Europe on a patio, but you are inside. Specializes in breakfast & brunch items, portion sizes are large & prices fair. A different experience compared to a standard coffee shop
