Very cute café, but every visit is a hit or miss. I've been here many times & will continue to come, however, the service & food are very inconsistent. Last time I came for lunch the service was incredibly slow, which generally is not the case if it is not busy. The food here is generally good, however, during my last visit, we got a salmon avocado toast & as you can see on the pictures it was just sad. Absolutely not worth 21$+tax. The 17$ bagel lox was cheaper, bigger & tastier. My coffee also arrived cold. This is not the first average experience I had here. I wish there was more positive visits, but so far, it's a 50/50.
Quaint Cafe. Feels like you could be in Europe on a patio, but you are inside. Specializes in breakfast & brunch items, portion sizes are large & prices fair. A different experience compared to a standard coffee shop

Great Ambience!! But if you order hot coffee ask to make it extra hot as they served me very cold!!
As per the other reviews was really looking forward to try Shakshuka here but it was bitter.
It's a cute café but incredibly disappointing. Previous visit had better food. This time, potatoes, eggs & avocado are bland. No salt available, must request it. By the time it arrived, food is cold. Toast was served dry, no butter. This must also be requested. After having paid, we were finishing up our coffee. A waitress (not the one who served our meal) came to the table, removed the cream & sugar & said'We beed the table. We have a reservation & they are already here'. I asked if she was asking us to leave & she simply said'yeah or maybe I can move you to another table'. She seemed to think that her request was completely reasonable. There were lots of empty tables. Why take ours ?
The food, service & attitude is not worth the price. It was my second visit but it will be the last. The client isn't valued in this establishment. High prices & high table turnover. What counts here is the businesses bottom line.
Let me be clear, the food is great, usually is, when they miss, its always the staff.
& that also carries over to the dining room.
We went there, 3 tables use, we sat down quickly, but 19 minutes in, not even a coffee. Just the waitress dancing away at the kitchen counter.
Service sucks in & out, food Is great.
It's a gamble because the staff doesn't seem to care.
Lovely atmosphère & delicious food, but pricey. Great service as well. I recommend the Benedict eggs.
Small detail - coffees are not included with the dish. Breakfast for two cost $47...

Pigeon Café is a cozy & stylish spot perfect for brunch or coffee breaks. The interior mixes exposed brick with modern touches, & there's also a nice outdoor patio for warm days.
The coffee is excellent, & the brunch menu offers Mediterranean-inspired dishes like shakshuka & hearty bowls. Their cocktails & drink options also make it a good pick for late afternoons.
Staff are warm & attentive, & service is quick. Prices are reasonable for the location, & the overall vibe is welcoming-great for solo visits or casual meetups.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing café experience!
The atmosphere & the service are usually on point. The servers are always very sweet & helpful . The food is ok, but it's also mostly a lounge/coffee place so do expect over the top food. I ordered a fillet & it was kind of dry & very small , spent 40$ on it. Not worth it. It's best to go for something lighter like their sandwiches, burgers, salads & pasta. Overall the food is 3.5/5.

Had breakfast with a couple of buddies. Service was friendly & efficient. Prices were a bit higher than the competition. Granola with fruit, yoghurt & fruit was a generous portion & recommended. Coffee wasn't to my liking & could use an upgrade on the blend. Place was quiet at 9 am but got busy at 10:30 am. Would go back.
Nice decor, walls have cool art designs, there's a terrasse for outdoor eating, the food is good, the service is great & the coffee is better than any other breakfast place in the area. Highly recommend!
Pretty good place for coffee & smoothies. I have not tried their food yet but overall it's a nice cafe & they have nice terrace in summer. I would recommend this place

I'm not sure what the issue was today, but the service was extremely slow. Ordered coffee again 11am, arrived 15 minutes later. Ordered food, arrived 30 minutes later. Our entire experience was 1h30, which can be good for some people but we had small children with us... There was also multiple people who were serving us, so there could have been delays with communication. I also went straight to the bar to ask for water no ice & I actually never got it. Lastly, we were not given kids menus & so, we ordered full size meals for them & saw kids menus with coloring sheet/crayons in passi ng at reception. Very disappointed...
The restaurant itself is gorgeous & very inviting in terms of aesthetic & atmosphere. When I got there, there is a sign saying wait to be seated, but I was pretty much ignored by the gentleman at the bar area & I had to ask if I could just go seat myself. There was a total of 8 guests at the restaurant not including my party of 3 & it took at least 20 minutes to be asked whether I would like a cup of coffee & service in itself for everyone, was very inattentive. We were all flagging our servers down to either order or grab the check which is inexcusable when it's that quiet in a restaurant. My dish was overly salted, & the latkes were completely bland, but I'm hoping this experience was a one off & I'm willing to give this restaurant another try. Hopefully it will be a better experience!
It took at least 15 min for the waiter to come see us. Our coffees came quickly but the smoothie came after the food came, 30 min after we ordered. Food was good. The terrace & interior are very nice. The girl & boy responsible for water outside were very nice, kept our glasses full. The rest of the service seemed poorly organized.
First of all, I want to say I love the atmosphere of this place (bit too loud on the music sometimes) but it's my favorite place to have coffee with my girlfriends. The downside for me, is that that's all I can have, coffee. There aren't any vegan or vegan friendly options in the menu, maybe fries, but those are available everywhere..would love to see at least one vegan option on the menu. It's easy & low cost to add. Lovely place though ✨
As a Saturday get together of 5 best friends, we are told upon arrival 2 hr is allocated. We arrived at 9:15 & at 11 we are told our table is reserved for other customers. Ok, but there were at least 6 tables available ? We received our plates at almost 10... As a café place, no decaf coffee ? Really ? Reason why I gave it a 3 star service. Non merci...not going back.
