Booked a reservation for party of 25. Very kind & accommodating. The waitress was told about severe allergies, however my friends still received food with the allergen. (Happened twice!) Luckily nothing severe happens but it could have been much worse. Also someone found a hair in their food. They replaced the food & was still very kind. The food was amazing besides those accident. The place is beautifully decorated but the food is severely lacking... I've gone three times & am always disappointed. The prices are quite high for what you get... the chicken burger was super hard & dry & the beef burger no flavour. I don't even understand why it's called a cafe when they barely have any pastries & serve mostly full meals & have limited times for their lunch & other options. Located on a busy & trendy street with a variety of restaurants. At 1 pm on a Saturday, we got the last available table although we seem to be the last of the lunch rush as tables became available as we ate. Quite loud...not a place for quiet conversation. Food was good. Chicken Parmigiana was very good. There burger was good, but the buns was wet from soaking up the grease from the burger. Service was pretty slow.
