Ici on est loin des deux oeufs, bacon, saucisse. Piel Canela est la fusion de deux pays reconnus pour leur gastronomie incroyable: le Mexique & le Pérou. Le brunch est savoureux, coloré & unique. Nul part ailleurs à Montréal vous trouverez des saveurs comme celles-ci dans votre assiette. Mes recommendations: La salade costena de pieuvre Tlatoyo de canard Le pain doré des tropiques avec sa crème de maracuya Un délice latino-américain à ne pas manquer!

Underwhelming experience. Presentation wise the food looked great but the flavours were not it. The chilaquiles had a smoked taste that took over everything else, the pancakes were way too sweet & the flavour felt artificial, the hash browns were very greasy & also kind of flavourless... We didn't like the drinks either, my friend had a matcha & I had a decaf latte, even then the taste was bad. Too bad because we were looking forward to this brunch!

Food was absolutely amazing! The pancake was the best we've ever had (although it's a bit sweet so it's best to share). Do not sleep on the coffee. Especially the ones that come with the breads. It's a busy place, so get a reservation or you might not get in.

Same for the smoothies; each one is a unique blend of fresh ingredients that's both tasty & refreshing. Definitely a must-visit for those looking to spice up their brunch experience!

My partner made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary & had requested a table since I have back problems. At the restaurant they instead assigned us to the bar. We would have loved to eat there but had to leave since it would have been very uncomfortable for me sit a the bar. This is a very small restaurant with mostly bar seating. If you do want to try this place make sure to make a reservation, get there well in advance to get parking & verify that you have the correct table.
