J'ai adoré le restaurant. La nourriture était excellente, comme tous les restaurants du Barranco Partners. On retrouve une belle carte de cocktails, mimosas, smoothies & café. L'ambiance est parfaite. On retrouve même au DJ sur place. Le service est très attentionné. On peut s'y rendre pour manger une petite bouchée ou pour un brunch copieux. Je recommande sans hésitations.

Just had an incredible experience at Piel de Canela in Montreal truly one of the most authentic Mexican spots I've tried outside of Mexico! The flavors, the atmosphere, & especially the service made it unforgettable.

We ordered the chilaquiles, which were absolutely perfect, & the pancakes topped with corn & popcorn such a fun & unique twist that somehow works so well. We also enjoyed authentic café de olla, full of warm spices & sweetness, & topped it all off with bottomless mimosas that kept the brunch vibes flowing.

A huge shoutout to Claire, who took such amazing care of us. Her service was warm, attentive, & made the whole meal even better. She truly elevated the experience.

If you're in Montreal & craving real Mexican flavors with standout service, this place is a must. Can't wait to go back! 🌶?✨

Latin brunch in the heart of the Plateau, grapefruit mimosa, garnachas filled with chicharrón prensado & requesón, cactus salad, & chilaquiles bathed in morita sauce with perfect eggs, beans, queso fresco, & red onion.
Finished with a tropical French toast layered with maracuya cream, pineapple compote, coconut crunch, & a splash of rum.

So so so tasty 🤤 omg the grapefruit & orange mimosas are to die for along with the food 🥝 it's so good the chilaquiles are amazing along with their shrimp pancakes 🥞 so you should go here if you're smart 🤓 my girlfriend wrote this post lmao lol

Best brunch we've had in Montreal! We didn't have a reservation & sat at the bar & had 10/10 service. The staff was so kind & so gorgeous & the food? WHEW! So damn good. Bottomless mimosas for $30?!? Say. Less.

THE BENDIOUS FATHERS
'Hash brown' with panko-crusted pork belly & cardamom, chimichurri, chimichurri cream, fried mushrooms, perfect eggs & chicharrón

10/10 excellent portion, SUPER flavorful

He had the chicken sandwich, aka:
QUEBEC CHICKEN CEMITA
Our take on the traditional poblana cemita: Panko-crusted fried chicken sandwich served in a handmade cemita from Carlota's Bakery, topped with chipotle mayo, fresh cheddar cheese, capocollo, watercress, & avocado spread. Served with fries & chipotle mayo.

8/10 - slightly dry but super good homemade bun & aioli!

Overall, sit at the bar. It's the best & ask for the poblano mango situation as a mimosa.

Excellent choice for a fusion-y brunch. Had the octopus salad & the truffle mayo fries. Both were very satisfying. Also recommended - the maracuya mimosa - very potent! One glass was enough. The staff are super friendly. Will be back!

Claire was my server. It was my birthday brunch. The service was really great (thank you!) & the food came out insanely fast (literally like 10 minutes for a table of 6 while they were pretty busy). The food was good & the bottomless mimosa were BOTTOMLESS. I definitely would come back

Milan was a fantastic server. Very good at explaining all the meals, & super quick on the refills for bottomless mimosas. The food is so far the best we've had all year. You can't miss the shakshouka.

Pretty decor, friendly efficient service, I like that their online menu has clear photos & descriptions. Las papas benditas were good just had a slightly weird texture & could have had more pork & mushrooms at that price. Great presentation. Chilaquiles were alright according to my friend. The tortilla chips should have been served separately though since they just turn into mush quickly. The cecina was good. My friend enjoyed her Alba Martinez & I enjoyed the Calypso mimosa.
