NOT PICKS.

New people took over & they are doing things differently
you can tell the change is obvious & now the place is mediocre

Fell off massively.

This used to be my favorite burger place possibly of all time & now i wouldnt even go there if im starving

breaks my heart

-Patty tastes like it seasoned completely differently
-Honey mustard is tasteless (used to be one of their best sauces)
-Stuff like tomatoes & lettuce used to be very fresh. The change in quality too big to get over it

You can do whatever you want. This is your restaurant.
But instead of getting upset when someone points this out, you should actually fix the ingredients & match the quality if you want to truly claim you that'have deep respect for the legacy of Picks.'

It's a classic, small storefront counter setup. There is no pretense here-just a cozy, modest space that focuses entirely on putting out great food. It feels welcoming the moment you step inside.

FOOD & DRINK HIGHLIGHTS
• The Best Bite: The Double Burger - Fresh, incredibly juicy, & packed with flavor. Everything you want a classic griddled burger to be.
• The Supporting Cast: The Fries - Even if you generally aren't a fan of frozen fries, these completely defy expectations. They are crispy, perfectly prepared, & absolutely amazing.

SERVICE & HOSPITALITY
The staff & owners are absolutely amazing. Their warm hospitality & great energy elevate the entire experience from a simple takeout counter to a memorable neighborhood gem.

THE FINAL VERDICT
This experience makes it completely clear why this spot comes so highly recommended. It's the quintessential hole-in-the-wall success story where fantastic hospitality meets perfectly executed comfort food. A definite 5/5 & will go back for sure.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Picks. We were served chicken wings that were cold straight out of the fryer. Even after sending them back, the second'fresh' batch arrived just as cold as the first. Completely unacceptable service & quality control.

Amazing experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The burgers were absolutely delicious-juicy, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. The ingredients tasted fresh & high quality, & the menu had great options to choose from. The staff was friendly & welcoming, & the service was quick. The atmosphere was also really nice & comfortable. Definitely one of the best burger spots I've been to. Highly recommend! 💓💓💓

This place got a lot of upvotes in a reddit thread so I thought I'd give it a try. Apparently they switched owners but the guys I was met with were handling my order with such pride & care that I assumed they had been there for ages. The burger was delicious & tasted just as fresh as they claimed. While it isn't the best place to sit down & dine, the fact that it's located on St Marc makes it easy to find a nearby spot to quickly park & pick-up. Definitely coming back.

I ordered the picks steak burger.the meat was cooked to perfection & it was juicy inside.The bun was also fresh.Last but not least the owners couple was very friendly
