"Amazing Tonkinese soup but the service is horrendous and they expect you to still tip well regardless of the fact that the waiters are rude. The waiters barely look at you and come to your table saying "Ya" instead of hello. I wasn't allowed to choose where i want to sit. Furthermore, I had to ask at the counter for more water."
