The pho had a deep, flavorful broth with tender slices of beef & plenty of fresh herbs & garnishes-exactly how pho should be.
The grilled meat over rice was outstanding: perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, & topped with green onions & sesame seeds. The spring roll was crispy, & the fresh vegetables added a great balance to the dish.
Everything tasted fresh, well prepared, & satisfying.
The pho itself is very good. The flavor is excellent & that's honestly the main reason I keep coming back.
Unfortunately, the service is consistently poor. From the moment you arrive, you feel pressured to order quickly, eat fast, & leave as soon as possible. There is a strong impression that customer service has been forgotten in favor of maximizing turnover & revenue.
Simple requests, like asking for more water, are met with annoyance & sometimes ignored altogether. On top of that, tipping is demanded in a very rude & uncomfortable way, which completely ruins the experience.
It's a shame because the food deserves better service. Good flavor alone doesn't make up for feeling unwelcome & rushed.
For me this is my favorite place to grab pho or bin bo hue. Parking lot is a bit small for the volume. But beats street parking.
Les soupes chaudes font du bien lorsque les températures sont sous zéro!
Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit.
(post COVID)
For many good years this restaurant served my favorite phó in Montreal. Like with many other restaurants, they seem to have chosen to decrease the portions instead of raising the prices accordingly, but worst of all their soup is not even good anymore. The broth is now very blend & tastes like it is made from concentrate. & the noodles?... The lowest of the lowest quality.
Been there three times over the past 8 months & sadly.. the quality has not recovered after COVID.

Piano covers of the top most romantic hits playing & one of the best pho I've had in the city brought tears to my eyes.
Les bons bouillons réconfortant tel que la soupe ragoût, au boeuf bien cuit ou les assiettes de poulet avec rouleau & riz.
Ont termine avec un dessert 3 couleurs
