We walked in & the server was already rude to us. The soup was mid. They charged us an extra 1$ for the bag. The server & the chef was talking shit & looking at us the whole time. He saw my retainer in the case & still trew it away after the service. I saw a cockroach in the toilet.
Soupe tonkinoise les fève germées dans le sac était gluantes! Posé bowl les avocats noircies le saumon semi cuit & pas edemades comme dans la description! Déçue!
Soupe au poulet tonkinoise succulente, très goûteuse & généreuse en poulet. Je n'ai pas rajouter sriracha & sauce hoison, le bouillon était trop bon. Service rapide aussi, même si nous sommes arrivés 30 minutes avant la fermeture.
Food is really expensive for what it is. I tried it twice ans everytime the quantities were very poor. Soup is mostly water & rice has almost no protein.
So nice restaurant & they serve good Pho soup! This place deserves more stars, but I think in winter time it will get more popular for people who want a nice wam food! 🙂😋
Skim & strain the scum out of your broth. Cmon, I've never seen that at any other pho spot, very unpleasant. The beef in the soup was also very meh. I had stomach issues the next morning, I can't remember the last time this happened to me. Of course I can't know for sure if it was from their pho or something else I ate layer that day. Curious to know if other people had issues the weekend of August 22nd to the 25th.
I usually love pho, but this time the broth was extremely bland, they did gave me the wrong soup (Ordered the special with everything... Looks like the guy didn't pay attention & just defaulted to regular white-guy soup with just the beef), & all the time I was eating, there was 3-4 employees out of the kitchen, just yelling at each other in the middle of the place... Go talk in the freaking kitchen, or at least speak quietly, people are trying to eat your bland Pho...

I really like the soup 9. boeuf bien cuit, once in a while you get some piece that have too much of that harder fat, that cant really be chewed, but that was only twice out of dozens; over all i really enjoy it.
Order a ham Bahn Mi with a soup & drive. The price was very good. That sandwich was amazing, the right balance of textures & flavours. Soup was called a won-ton soup but had a very surprising bouquet & flavour, not what I expected but very good. I will definitely go back to try some oftheir other offerings.
