THIS RESTAURANT HAS A MOUSE PROBLEM

We weren't going to post this but their overall unhelpful service, attitude, & lack of responiblity about this incident pissed me off. Didn't even apologize nor offer an compensation or refund at the restaurant when we pointed out there was a mouse just running around in their restaurant.

So then we complained in a previous review & the owner replied, implying that we were lying & telling us to'Please comment the truth.' Then the owner deleted our review. Not even an apology, accused us of lying, invalidating our terrible experience & then deleted the review to make themselves look good. The owner is in bad faith, unapologetic & irresponsible.

Came here many times for the amazing food, but the restaurant's service & cleanliness can be improved. The last time I ate pho here, there was a mouse zooming around inside the restaurant which the staff seemed nonchalant about. Instantly lost all my appetite & decided to never come back again

Bad all round; from the chef owner screaming at the waiter in the dining room to the bad food. He was screaming so loud, I couldn't hear my phone & I was the sole customer at the time.
Do not get anything that is grilled. It is reheated food that becomes over cooked.
I order the beef, chicken, shrimp combo. The beef was paper thin & dry, the shrimp were dry as cardboard, even the chicken thigh was dry. I cook professionally & have made the meal I ordered many times. When I told the waiter I could tell it was entirely reheated, he sheepishly confirmed.
To add insult to injury, about 30 mins after my meal I had an incredible upset stomach & had to retreat to the bathroom upon coming home.

As a first time experience, the food was amazing.
We ordered the stir-fry (shrimp & chicken).
We will certainly return.

Très dommage parce que la nourriture est bonne, mais je suis venue à deux reprises & les deux fois, le monsieur à la caisse rotait bruyamment. Je n'ai jamais vu ça… ça coupe complètement l'appétit !!!!

Such a shame because the food is good, but I came twice & both times the man at the cash register was burping loudly. I've never seen anything like that it completely kills your appetite!!!!

Avant, lorsque le restaurant était encore petit & n'avait pas fusionné avec le Subway d'à côté, la soupe avec le boeuf saignant, les boulettes, etc., était délicieuse. Mais aujourd'hui, le goût est vraiment étrange, je le trouve même dégoûtant. En plus, avant il y avait plusieurs tailles : petite, moyenne & grande. Maintenant, il n'y a qu'une seule taille, & quand j'ai très faim, cette portion n'est même pas suffisante.
Après plusieurs visites, le goût reste le même. Je ne pense pas que je reviendrai une autre fois.
