13 juillet 2026 13h: Fringale de calmars sel & poivre. Ils sont habituellement délicieux (panure ultra légère & bien assaisonnés). Après avoir passé ma commande, le serveur dit''Calmars frits''. Je répète Calmars sel & poivre. Arrivée à la maison, je constate que ce sont effectivement des calmars bien frits dans la friture & non comme j'avais l'habitude de manger à cet endroit. Ça me va. Malheureusement, c'était extrêmement salé, vraiment. Avoir mangé sur place, j'aurais retourné le plat. Dommages pour ma fringale. Sans aucun doute que l'extra-trop de sel est une erreur isolée, mais disons que j'ai perdu mon envie d'en commander là à nouveau.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience on June 17th was disappointing. The food was excellent, which makes it all the more unfortunate. Unfortunately, our server was rude & unwelcoming throughout the visit. She never checked in on us or offered anything during the meal, & appeared to be on her phone for most of the shift. To top it off, she made it clear she expected a tip despite the lack of attentive Service, or any service at all 🤦?♂?. Great food deserves service to match, & sadly that wasn't the case here.

Unfortunately when I was leaving, the cashier ran out after me asking me for a tip. I've never had anyone in the service industry do this & thought it was very weird.
I love pho & have tried many on different places around Canada but here?.. yesterday we dined here with family from Winnipeg & OMG!! I was surprised they chose the tip instead of asking customers first! How greedy! So heads-up!
Clairement, j'aurais dû goûter à la soupe tonkinoise plutôt qu'au pad thaï. Les nouilles étaient collées entre elles, ça ne goûtait pas le pad thaï, la sauce très rouge était repoussante, rien n'était bon, mis à part l'entrée, une soupe, le bouillon était sublime!
As our usual pho restaurant was closed, we decided to try this one. The menu is extensive, & consists of a strange mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, & Thai dishes. We ordered the XL phos & the spring rolls. The pho was pretty good, & the XL size was very generous with meats. The bean sprouts & basil leaves served with the pho were very fresh. On the other hand, the spring rolls were just overfilled with rice noodles & tasted bland, so would not recommend. Overall, a very decent pho experience, although not our favorite.
As much I would like to continue supporting this small business, I am heavily disappointed in my experience with this restaurant despite ordering a delicious pho & a ridiculously priced coffee however it doesn't mean that the server's staff are entitled for a tip. & yet I did not complain the 6$ coffee that can be easily made in an Asian market plus the noodle were so thinly sliced to the point of being close to translucent. Respectfully the staff were nice & the food was decent. The entitlement that came from the staff was extremely unprofessional & rude for judging me, if there was an automatic gratuity then I would've still payed for it even if it's still expensive & yet the server has again disappointed my lowest expectations. I do not recommend this restaurant if anyone likes being disrespected & judged for not tipping.
