Ordered Bun Bo Hue & grilled beef spring roll & this place might be my new number 1 spot : For the price, the portion is generous & taste is great, not to mention the soup is fresh : it is not greasy or the overnight taste compare to some places. The beef spring roll is almost perfect : they put a large piece of meat but they also put coriander in their spring rolls. I do eat coriander & I am not one of those who dislike coriander but, them inside a grill beef spring roll, not a great mix : the taste of coriander plus mint creates a weird taste that overpower everything else so, it tastes rather bitter & you cannot taste anything else inside the roll. Other than the small quirt, this place is going to be one of my go-to Vietnamese restaurant. But again, take out the coriander from your spring rolls : really not a good idea to put them with peppermint leaves

Chicken spring rolls are quite nice, Bún bò Huế is nice & spicy. They don't have the Sriracha that we are used to, but one of the rare places where it's actually close to the original red sauce. & yes they have hot oil.
