"Glad to find a decent Vietnamese restaurant downtown. My pho with rare beef was served with cooked beef. I wonder if there was a lack of synchronization between front and back of house. If it sits too long in the pass, the the thinly sliced beef cooks. The service was ok , but definitely needs work. As a lone diner, I do not need 2 waiters watching..."
