Wow, what a great meal! The food here was awesome, but our waiter Dylan? He was the real MVP. This guy was on point from start to finish. He didn't just take our order; he actually cared about how we wanted our food. Like, he asked if we wanted our sausages cut butterfly style - ummm what...yes please!? & when we asked for hot sauce, he didn't just dump some random bottle on our table. He was like, "You want Frank's? Sriracha? Something else?"...options, option, options! Dylan seemed genuinely happy to be there, which was refreshing. He kept good eye contact, cracked a few jokes, & just made the whole experience fun. Our bill was only 50 bucks. But man, Dylan's service was so good, I felt like I had to leave him a $20 tip. Not because I had to, but because he totally deserved it. If you're looking for great food & even better service, hit this place up. Ask for Dylan if you can - you won't regret it!"
We have been going to Petinos ever since we moved to the area a few years ago, & after trying several other breakfast spots, this one has become our favorite. The food is always fresh & delicious, but what truly sets Petinos apart is the exceptional service. Every time we visit, we're welcomed with fast, friendly, & attentive staff who make us feel right at home. Yesterday, we were served by Dylan, who was absolutely fantastic-he was efficient, personable, & made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. That said, we've had great experiences with all the staff; they go above & beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Whether you're a regular or visiting for the first time, the service here never disappoints. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience when my sister & I went to Petinos, the food was delicious & our server Dylan took really great care of us. Dylan definitely contributed to the amazing experience we had at the diner, 6 stars for his service. :)
Superbe expérience ce matin, nous étions un groupe de 4 adultes & 2 enfants & notre serveur Dylan a offert un service impeccable. Chaque demande était répondue immédiatement, la nourriture était très bonne en particulier les patates déjeuner. Petinos déclasse aisément les autres restos déjeuner de la ville!
Saturday morning breakfast with the family, & quite honestly the best service we've had in a longtime. Our waiter Dylan was 5 stars, imagine Cousin Richie from The Bear (Season 2 &3) . If you have the pleasure of being served by him, it makes the experience that much better.
Dimanche matin achalandé, par contre nous avons obtenu une table pour 6 personnes très rapidement. Beaucoup d'employés pour assurer un service efficace... Assiettes généreuses. Menu déjeuner/brunch pour tous les goûts. Le serveur Dylan était rapide, alerte & très gentil. C'est un employé motivé & professionnel. Il a une approche exceptionnel avec la clientèle !
