This place completely blew me away - hands down one of the best brunch experiences I've had! The vibe was cozy yet vibrant, & everything from the service to the plating was top-notch.

The restaurant looked amazing & had a lot of choices but i did have a couple problem. When we went to the restaurant, our server barely came to see us. The one time that she came see us, she did not look like she wanted to be there. She was not happy at all & was rushing. Even when giving our receipt, it took her almost 15 minutes to come & make us pay for our food. For the food, it was fine. They did give us big portion, but it did not look at all like the picture on the menu. I coudnt even complain & try to fix it because the server just dropped our food & left. Then we didnt see her until we were done. Atleast it tasted good. I am sure this place is really nice & maybe we just got unlucky. But it wasnt a very good first impression.

Nous avons visité ce restaurant hier pour célébrer l'anniversaire de ma fille. L'accueil a été agréable & j'avais informé le personnel de l'occasion spéciale. Malheureusement, au moment du service, un accident s'est produit : la serveuse, visiblement maladroite, a renversé un grand plat de poutine ainsi qu'un jus directement sur ma fille, la fêtée.
Elle a été brûlée à la jambe par la nourriture chaude, & sa tenue - toute neuve - a été complètement tachée. Bien que la serveuse se soit excusée & qu'un nouveau plat nous ait été servi par la suite, ma fille était tellement gênée & attristée qu'elle n'a même pas touché à la nourriture.
Au moment de payer, nous pensions qu'un geste commercial serait proposé, comme un rabais ou une compensation… mais rien de tout cela. L'addition complète, incluant le pourboire, nous a été facturée.
Cette sortie aurait dû être un moment joyeux & inoubliable, mais elle restera marquée par une expérience profondément décevante.
