I enjoyed my experience at Petinos. The food was amazing, the service was amazing & the Atmosphere is amazing. I also love the desigh of the restaurant.

We visited today & the restaurant was very busy, but fortunately we didn't have to wait long for a table. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. Our waiter seemed to be having a rough day he was pouring coffee carelessly, with it dripping around the mugs & onto the table.

He also missed three items from our order. We brought this to his attention, but only one of the missing items was eventually served. The other two items (the fries & sourdough bread) never arrived.

While we understand that busy days can be challenging, the level of service we experienced fell well below expectations & negatively impacted our visit.

Delicious full plates & a great staff. A little wait for Mother's Day weekend but worth it. Not our first time there & it won't be our last either.

came to the rosemere location on may 24 - bad ! had to flag down a waitress to say we were here , she seemed shocked & surprised to see someone at her booth! waiters & waitresses in a corner talking - had to ask for more coffee.... no more petinos rosemere for us.
