We absolutely enjoyed our time during this specific visit. The dishes provided were quite delicious, & the individuals present were very sweet. The customer service team was genuinely welcoming. Reflecting on it, the entire event was lovely, delivering commendable quality without putting any strain on our personal budget.
I love this place a lot. I was very impressed when I came for the first time for a brunch & I've already been there twice & I would definitely recommend the food is absolutely delicious. I'm super impressed. Doesn't taste like your typical franchise food. It still has that homemade taste & the staff is incredible. Good service, beautiful location & I would definitely be coming back here very often.
Worst service I've had at a petinos. First time I went to this location & it'll be my last too. They messed up my order so I had to wait even more, they forgot to bring the juice I ordered where I had to remind the waiter. My pancakes tasted like they had just taken it out of the freezer. The table wasn't cleaned, the glass of water looked used (I could see the lip marks) & the fork was dirty. We had no spoons to mix the sugar in our coffee. The waiter looked like he hadn't slept in a week, he didn't look too happy to be working & seemed bothered every time I was asking him for something. I still gave him a decent tip in this economy but overall not coming back here.
It's not the first Petinos i've been to, but this one was slightly better than the others i've been to. Food was made with more love I guess because it definitely tasted better.
Place is nice & clean, & we had good service from our waiter. He wasn't as attentive as some others, could be because they were busy closing, but was still very polite.
Had a family lunch & we all had a great experience there. The food was good & the service was awesome, especially Sophie.
Will definitely go back again!!

Food is very good. We had avocado Benedict, American shared plate & half waffle with banana & peanut butter sauce. All are amazing. A bit pricey, it's a nice treat myself on the weekend.
