We had an amazing experience at Petinos thanks to our waiter, Niko! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, & made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, & checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude really elevated the whole meal. If you're dining at Petinos, definitely ask for Niko-he's fantastic! cant wait to go back! made my day
While traveling from Toronto to Montreal, we stopped here for breakfast & it turned out to be an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious & tasted very fresh. The fresh orange juice was a perfect start to the day.
A special shoutout to Kartik, who served us-he was extremely helpful, kind, & attentive, which made the experience even better.

Petino never disappoints but this one stands out cus of the waiter a real standup guy the italian w the gold necklace cross is very attentive to detail & makes sure ur happy
Went here for an office brunch with a group of over 30 people, & it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was crowded, as it usually is, but the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, patient, & attentive to our large group. The food was delicious & fresh. It took a bit of time to arrive, but that's understandable given how busy it was. Everyone enjoyed their meal, & the atmosphere was lively & welcoming.
Highly recommended, & we'll definitely be returning.
We came in for brunch today & had the joy to be served by Jerry! He gave us the golden standard of service & was super kind & attentive the whole time we were there, the food came quick & was delicious, the portions were huge & our coffee & water were always refilled without us even having to ask! We were given outmost care & felt so grateful for our time there, certainly one of the best experiences we've had & we will definitely come back after that perfect first impression, props to the team & to Jerry, you guys are doing an amazing job!

The service is always top-notch, with friendly & attentive staff who make the experience even better. 2021 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Great friendly service, huge portions of tasty food. 2022 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Amended to reflect 5 stars for service. Very attentive & fast. I went twice in the last three days, the second time for a birthday breakfast; & a quick hint at the host upon entry braught a wonderful little birthday surprise for my friend without any further prompting; Coffee top ups, check ins, plentiful, good food..wonderful experience 2024 ⭐️: March break Friday, got up early to catch the Early Bird special, just to have our server Niko somehow screw up our order & as an amendment charge full price minus 10%. This in itself is not a problem, but he didn't own up to it, said we came in too late. (We entered the restaurant at 8h14, ordered our food within the next 5 minutes, the special is good until 8h30). It was full & there didn't seem to be enough staff, which makes me understand why our food arrived almost cold. But as it is, with the way the service was handled today, this will be our last visit for a while.
