I've been to a few different Petino'a locations now & the food at the DDO franchise as excellent as all the others. I want to specifically mention how great the service here when we (group of 10) went for brunch on Saturday. I wish I had gotten our waiter's name: he was friendly, funny & attentive. Kudos!

My friend & I enjoyed regular weekend brunches here for several years but after today we will find a new location. The staff has always been friendly & accommodating.
Today, Niko was far more interested in turning over the table than waiting on it. We will take our business where it is more appreciated.

Cette place offre des dejeuner / brunch relativement traditionel, bon mais rien en dehors du normal. Malheureusement il y avait un gros groupe & notre serveuse a ete assigne a leur table des le debut de notre service, donc on ne l'a vue qu'a la fin du repas, lors de payer.
Deplus c'est tres brilliant comme endroit, comme beaucoup de place a dejeuner sans separation entre les tables ou sections.

Went here for an office brunch with a group of over 30 people, & it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was crowded, as it usually is, but the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, patient, & attentive to our large group. The food was delicious & fresh. It took a bit of time to arrive, but that's understandable given how busy it was. Everyone enjoyed their meal, & the atmosphere was lively & welcoming.

Highly recommended, & we'll definitely be returning.

We came in for brunch today & had the joy to be served by Jerry! He gave us the golden standard of service & was super kind & attentive the whole time we were there, the food came quick & was delicious, the portions were huge & our coffee & water were always refilled without us even having to ask! We were given outmost care & felt so grateful for our time there, certainly one of the best experiences we've had & we will definitely come back after that perfect first impression, props to the team & to Jerry, you guys are doing an amazing job!

Brunch con un valido rapporto qualità prezzo e quantità.

Porzioni gargantuesche, prezzi nella media dell'offerta di Montréal nel campo del brunch ma era tutto buono senza niente che catturasse particolarmente l'attenzione. Ottime le patate, il bacon leggermente moscio (ma sono gusti, io lo preferisco più croccante). Il prosciutto arrosto invece niente di che. Il mezzo waffle gigante di suo non aveva un gran sapore comunque coperto dalla crema inglese, un po' troppo dolce ma buona.

Servizio rapido e cortese senza essere troppo invadente come spesso accade da queste parti.

I went to Petino's DDO today &, as always, I was greeted with the excellent service of the restaurant staff. The quality of the brunch was amazing, just like every other time!

I especially want to thank Niko, one of the kind servers. Even though I probably didn't explain my order perfectly, he kindly changed it without any hesitation & served us with his usual warm smile.

Thank you for always providing such a wonderful experience after a long & stressful work week!

My third visit here, & each time I visit is better than the last. The service is always exceptional-we had Jerry today & he really knows how to give folks a terrific experience. One of the best servers I've had the pleasure of meeting. Very kind, funny & fast! Food was hot & delicious as always. The potatoes are the BEST. All around an amazing experience. I've worked breakfast/brunch for years, & it's not an easy industry, but this place does it right. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Petinos DDO is always a great experience. The staff is amazing-friendly, fast, & really make you feel welcome. I especially love the little individual bottles they serve for the mimosas, a nice touch that makes the brunch even better. Great atmosphere, great service. Highly recommend.

Potinos has been my first choice for brunch, management, staff & food are one of the best in westiseland!
My humble suggestion for improvement is to reface the menus as they don't look so appealing especially to new customers. Thanks!
