Went there a few times. The lunch special is probably the best choice. If you buy a la carte it is way more expenssive. Food taste ok but i definitely had better. Got a chicken fried rice with 1 gram of chicken yes you got that right. ONE gram. Other recipes are ok just so expenssive these days. Definitely better locations in montreal.Voir plus
This is the restaurant of my childhood. My family has been coming here regularly since they came here in the 1960's. In my lifetime, I have never had a single problem or complaint with anything. Thousands of dollars have been spent here, & every single one was worth it.Voir plus
Underwhelming. 1) general Tsao had no flavor, 2) beef & broccoli had too much salt/msg. 3) Hot & sour was good 4) veggie dumplings were ok IMO but my wife likes them 5) noodle dish was good. Service was ok & perhaps the best part was the look of the restaurant being ok. Not every place will be 5 stars & they're not going to ever get there but there's some room for improvement to get to 4 or 4.5 stars. Their current rating of 3.6 stars is spot on, as when I polled my family & I guessed 3.6 clearly reflects them overall accurately.Voir plus

Went in for lunch as a big party occupying 4 large tables. The food was really good, the service was very good. Had the sun streaming right onto my face between 2 drapes so, one of their staff members fashioned a cloth to cover the area without my asking. Washroom facility is clean. Atmosphere, it could use some sprucing up but over all not bad.Voir plus

We've been going to Peking Garden for decades, with both my European & Chinese extended family. The food is consistently excellent & the service is always pleasant. We've never had any digestive upset, as sometimes happens with restaurant food. This is the best Chinese restaurant in the West Island.Voir plus
