I ordered a customized graduation cake & was unfortunately very disappointed with the final result.

I provided detailed instructions, a clear reference image, & the accessories several days in advance. I specifically requested a fondant graduation cap & diploma, both in person & by email. However, the cake was made with a plastic graduation cap instead of the fondant cap we had discussed, & the final result looked very different from what I expected.

The diploma was especially disappointing. It looked like a rolled-up dollar bill with a'Made in China' label, making it difficult to understand what it was supposed to represent.

When I came to pick up the cake, I was honestly so disappointed that I initially did not want to take it & asked if it could be modified. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me. I was then told that someone would call me to discuss the issue, but nobody ever called.

I understand that a customized cake may not look exactly like the reference image, but I expected the main details we discussed to be executed with more care. The lack of follow-up was also very unprofessional.

Bought a limoncello cake yesterday & was realy disapointed.
The cake did not feel fresh, the inside so call mouseline look more than old creme patissiere been there for few days & was breaking in lumps when cutting the slices, it was not smooth or silky, i never felt so embarrassed serving it to my guests.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pâtisserie St-Martin! Everything in the bakery is fresh, delicious, & made to perfection. A huge shoutout to Adriana, who truly made my visit exceptional. I went in to order a birthday cake for August 10th, & even though our request was a bit unique, Adriana was so understanding, kind, & attentive. She guided us through everything with a wonderful smile & made the whole process effortless. Her stellar customer service made an already great patisserie even better. If you're in Laval & love amazing pastries paired with top-tier service, this is the spot. Thank you, Adriana!

Would rater have some bakery instead of fees cakes

Their were limited & did offer any else then what was in front.

Bakery are average, nothing exceptional

Carrot cake is good a little toooo much on the sweet side

The mousses (limoncello, triple chocolate & raspberry) are a little bit sandy in the mouth

Cheesecake okay, nothing exceptional Carrot cake

Service when we came (probably a little last minute rush) we were about 8customers that all came. The ladies behind the counter didn't seem to be too happy 😅

Going to eat there is always a pleasure & they do a great job with wedding cakes, sandwiches & pastries. I would recommend using them for weddings given that they are very collaborative, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the fact that they probably make some of the best wedding cakes.

I am beyond furious with this bakery, & I need everyone to know. I called them yesterday at 2 p.m. to order a carrot cake, & I asked them no, I insisted 2 separate times whether the cake had raisins. The person I spoke to said they'd check, put me on hold, & then came back saying no, there were no raisins. I ordered the cake for a 7:30 p.m. pick-up, & I asked them three times in person three times if it had raisins. Each time, they swore it didn't. In fact, i asked them to write it on the cake as a joke. But when I gave it to the person with the allergy guess what there were raisins in it! & for 50 bucks, this was absolutely not worth it. I called them today to complain, & they basically told me to bring them a piece of the cake because their employees made an error. Are you kidding me? For them to show the employees that it has raisins it ?! For me to drive to give them a piece !!! That does not fix the fact that they put someone's health at risk. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, & I will never give them my business again. Avoid this place at all costs! If i can give it -5 starts i would. Adding to this the man i spoke with he said well the person who has allergies didn't eat the whole cake so bring us 1/4 of the cake !!! What a joke !!!
