Notre comptoir à pâtisseries est un monde de délicieuses tentations. Les pains frais du jour sont pétris et cuits sur place. Il en est de même de notre grande variété de pizzas, lesquelles sont très populaires. Le vaste comptoir de charcuteries et des fromages regorgent de succulents produits importés et locaux. La Pâtisserie St-Martin est aussi une épicerie fine proposant une variété d'huiles d'olive et de produits européens.

Worst experience ever! Came waited in line, so far so good. I asked the girl to put happy birthday on it & the girl leaves WITHOUT the cake ?!?! Yes you guessed it that was the last one. By the time she comes back someone else is already wrapping it for a girl that wasn't even in the store when I ordered. These things happen but no one tried to apologize & just dismissed my feelings & acted as if this was a normal day when yet another client is not happy with the service & management are doing nothing about it!! Ridiculous, even if the cakes a good because of lack of customer service i will never step foot in that store again

Ordered a cake which happened to be the last one. Another customer comes in AFTER ME & is served that exact cake i had already asked for without anyone trying to do anything about it. Manager even came out & didn't even try to do anything about the situation. No professionalism or communication at all from anyone that works there
Worst place ever. Employees need to be disciplined & learn how to bake because the cake that I ordered was atrocious. & the costumer service on the phone, even worse. Please educate your workers on how to treat costumers with respect & on how to bake
I ordered a custom cake for my boyfriend's 75th birthday & was very disappointed with the result, especially given the price.
When I arrived to pick up the cake, it looked nothing like what I had requested (i wanted nice pipping/ruffles, the blue cake was the inspo photo). I immediately spoke to the employee at the counter & explained my concern. She agreed that the cake did not look right & went to the back to see if it could be fixed. She came back & told me the cake decorator had already left, so nothing could be done.
I then asked if there was any possibility of compensation, such as a partial refund or a discount, since I had already paid in full before seeing the cake. This was refused.
This was a very uncomfortable situation for me because the cake was for a milestone birthday with my boyfriend's family. I was embarrassed to present it as it was & ended up going to a grocery store to buy fruit just to make it look more presentable. Looking at it more closely later, the decorations were uneven & sloppy, which made it feel rushed & poorly executed.
The taste was even more disappointing. The cake was supposed to be tiramisu, but it was extremely sweet & did not taste like tiramisu at all. I have had tiramisu from many Italian bakeries & this was by far the worst I have had.
Overall, both I & my boyfriend's family were very disappointed. This was meant to be a special celebration, & unfortunately the cake did not meet expectations in appearance or taste.

Ordered a cheese cake 48h in advance for a bday. Quick & courteous service. For a pretty big 6 person cake, it cost 35$ which I found reasonable. It wasn't the best I've had but it still was very good. They also were able to personalise the cake.
