On m'a offert un gâteau de cette pâtisserie &, malheureusement, quelle grosse déception. Il était beau à l'extérieur, même si j'ai trouvé l'écriture assez grossière. Mais une fois coupé, la déception a été encore plus grande. À l'intérieur, rien ne m'a vraiment plu, à l'exception des pistaches. La génoise était sèche & sans goût. La crème n'avait pas une texture agréable & le goût de pistache était à peine perceptible. Quant à la crème au beurre, je l'ai trouvée fade, sans intérêt & particulièrement désagréable en bouche. La couche était tellement épaisse & peu agréable que nous avons fini par jeter près de la moitié du gâteau. Honnêtement, l'ensemble était, à mon goût, moins bon qu'un gâteau de supermarché. C'était ma première expérience avec les produits de cette pâtisserie &, malheureusement, ce sera aussi la dernière.

Bought a limoncello cake yesterday & was realy disapointed.
The cake did not feel fresh, the inside so call mouseline look more than old creme patissiere been there for few days & was breaking in lumps when cutting the slices, it was not smooth or silky, i never felt so embarrassed serving it to my guests.

Moi qui est fan de gâteau choco mousse je trouve qu'il y avait énormément de mousse & peu de pâte à gâteau mais sinon ça goûte vraiment le chocolat

I hate to do this, because I really do like this bakery & get a lot of items that are very good. But the deli meat counter situation is just ridiculous. You ask for cold cuts VERY THINLY SLICED & get the thickest meat ever. Every time it's the same story so I'm just going to get my meat elsewhere.. the boys are nice, but they do not know how to cut cold cuts unfortunately.

J'achète à cette pâtisserie depuis plus de 30 ans quand j'étais a. mtl-nord après j'ai continué à Laval c'est la meilleure & les 2 frères sont super. Lâché pas .

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pâtisserie St-Martin! Everything in the bakery is fresh, delicious, & made to perfection. A huge shoutout to Adriana, who truly made my visit exceptional. I went in to order a birthday cake for August 10th, & even though our request was a bit unique, Adriana was so understanding, kind, & attentive. She guided us through everything with a wonderful smile & made the whole process effortless. Her stellar customer service made an already great patisserie even better. If you're in Laval & love amazing pastries paired with top-tier service, this is the spot. Thank you, Adriana!
