Je ne recommande pas de commander chez ce commençant via Uber Eats. ils profitent clairement des consommateurs en réduisant les portions & en augmentant de plus de 50% les prix. Ce sont les consommateurs qui écopent.
J'ai commandé un gâteau via Uber Eats pour environ 68 $ (frais & pourboire inclus). Les photos sur l'application sont trompeuses : le produit est présenté en photo comme un gâteau de format régulier, alors qu'il s'agit en réalité d'un plus petit gâteau, loin de ce qui est montré en photo.
En comparaison avec d'autres pâtisseries comme les autres commerces de Saint-Martin, les photos sont représentatives des portions annoncées, ce qui n'est malheureusement pas le cas ici.
En magasin, on m'a expliqué que pour Uber Eats, ils envoient automatiquement le petit format, sans que ce soit clairement indiqué au moment de la commande. Le site internet de la pâtisserie ne précise pas non plus clairement les types de portions offerts, ce qui prête fortement à confusion.
On m'a proposé de revenir pour un échange gratuitement pour le format régulier par téléphone, mais une fois sur place, changement de discours, on m'a demandé de payer un supplément de 10 $, malgré le fait que j'avais déjà payé 53 $ pour le gâteau & qu'en magasin ce format est vendu 34$. Quand j'ai demandé d'où venait ce calcul, aucune explication claire ne m'a été donnée, seulement de me'référer à Uber Eats'.
Résultat : petit gâteau vendu 34 $ en magasin, facturé 53 $ sur Uber Eats.
Cette façon de faire manque totalement de transparence. Présenter un produit de façon trompeuse, c'est du vol. Ensuite, ils renvoient la responsabilité ailleurs en te disant de te rapporter à Uber si ça ne convient pas, ce qui est très problématique.

I bought 2 baguettes for $7 & I was very disappointed. At $3.50 each, the quality is unacceptable. The bread was dry & far below what you expect from a bakery. A $1 baguette from a supermarket like Super C is easily 1000% better in quality, freshness, & taste. Honestly, the price here is completely unjustified for what you get.
Édit: On achète régulièrement des plats prêts à manger depuis 7 ans. Les 2 dernières fois la sauce tomate était passée date elle sentait le vinaigre. Des plâts de 30$ qu'on a dû jeter.
I had the opportunity to go to the bakery today, & I was completely under the spell. The staff is ready & happy to welcome us. They are not disillusioned with the clientele. The prices are reasonable & the products are of absolute quality. Thank you 💚
Gâteau tellement pas mangeable! C'est triste. Un anniversaire c'est un beau moment mais la fin a été gâchée par un petit gâteau cher qui est allé direct au poubelle, même les enfants ne l'aimaient vraiment pas !! J'ai mis 2 étoiles pour le service. Même la miche de campagne était très ordinaire. Je ne reviendrai plus.
