This patisserie shop is hands down the best in town! While it's a bit pricier than other places, the quality is on another level-you're truly paying for what you get. Not only can you enjoy a wide variety of delicious treats & sweets, but you can also sit inside, have a hot beverage, & soak in the Middle Eastern vibe. They even sell beautiful tea sets & other items perfect for hosting guests. The selection of sweets & combos is extensive & absolutely delicious! Don't forget to take a look at their website if you're unsure about what to get. They have it all there.

Mahrousé is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! Their baklava is perfectly crisp, buttery, & not overly sweet. The variety of Middle Eastern sweets is impressive, & everything tastes fresh & authentic. Friendly service & a cozy atmosphere make it even better. Highly recommend

This is hands down the best Syrian pâtisserie in Montréal. I'm Syrian, but live in the States & I was blown away when I tried the different pastries. During my 6 days in Montréal, I visited Mahrouse 4 times. Both locations are amazing! Also, the service is top notch, & the decoration is so elegant & beautiful. ♥️
This is a gem of a place for authentic Syrian sweets. After tasting the Knafeh here with a cup of mint tea, I was in seventh heaven. I am s o glad that this place is far from where I live as otherwise I would be tempted all the time. The staff are welcoming & put up with all my questions about the various delicacies on offer.
overcooked pastry's, I know this place for 40 years & nothing is the same. Taste of pastry's have changed & will not return

Two locations, both are fantastic. Authentic Syrian/ lebanese desserts & sweets. Wow. The place is fancy. Metal engraved tables. Gold plates plastic cutlery. WC is super clean & modern (powered trash can lid). & the sweets are amazing. You will need a local guide to explain them all. Parking at the suburb location is very gratis. The city location, of course not. You must try the ice cream. Elastic & super tasty. I can not describe it. Just try it.

J'étais très bien servie par Maria , des l'entrée a la pâtisserie vous allez être éblouis par la décoration orientale les odeurs des gâteaux fraîchement sortie du four .... C'est une expérience à faire & refaire !
We found Mahrouse on our first night in Montreal, had to return for our last day. In addition to wonderful, delicious food, the staff was warm, welcoming, & treated us like long-time friends. The food was wonderful, the experience event better. Thank you!
