I visited Mahrouse this morning & was pleasantly surprised by their impressive management system. Despite the holiday rush & how busy it was, the team handled everything with remarkable professionalism & efficiency. Their commitment to customer service truly stood out. I learned that this bakery is run by a family that has generations' worth of experience. The sweets offered are beyond delicious, the quality of the ingredients shines through. This is a must stop if you love desserts, a true Montreal gem. The service is exceptional, the smiling ladies behind the counter were very helpful with suggestions because there was so much too choose from.
Wow, a one of a kind place in Montreal. Amazing variety for middle Eastern pastries. Super curtious & friendly service. Knowing everything is hand made, prices are very fair & representative of the quality. Plenty of parking spots. I will be back for sure !

The sweets & the environnement is amazing but although they have too many staff,when it's busy there will be a huge line & it's not clear where we can order things.
