The food is great & I come here almost every time I'm in Montreal. Just be aware that when you visit, there's a high chance the shop will be crowded but I urge you to be patient as the food is definitely worth it
I bought what was supposed to be an almond cheese cake for my daughter's birthday & it was quite a huge disappointment. It was actually a vanilla almond sponge cake with a whole lot of thick cream layers inside out & fruits on top. At least the cream tasted nice & light but the sponge cake itself was a bit dry. For what it's worth, it was overpriced.
There is a variety of fresh-baked pastries, cookies, & breads.
The cashier is very efficient & you can het what you want & get out quickly.
The bakery is also full of returning customers, & plenty of children go there with their parents.
Has all the basic pastries & more. Unfortunately, a lot was sold out by the time I got there Monday evening but usually that's a good sign anyways. Prices are fair. Would go again.
I ordered their 🍤 curry rice, it's delicious, but they use plastic containers even you eat there which is the down point. But it's nice to sit at the window & watch people passing by outside.
