☆☆☆ Attention aux intoxications alimentaires ☆☆☆ Pour votre sécurité & celle de toute votre famille, n'achetez rien chez eux. On a acheté un gâteau chez eux & toute la famille a été intoxiquée le lendemain matin. Le gâteau avait une odeur étrange dès le départ, mais on n'avait pas d'autre choix que de le couper & de le servir. Bien que plusieurs choses aient été servies ce jour-là, le gâteau était le seul aliment consommé par tous & tout le monde a été intoxiqué. Je ne saurais trop insister : pour la santé de votre famille, n'achetez rien chez eux.

☆☆☆ Beware food poisoning ☆☆☆ For you safety & for the safety of your entire family, do not buy anything from them. We bought a cake from them & the entire family had food poisoning the next morning. The cake had funny smell to begin with but we had no choice but to cut it & serve it to everyone. While there were several items served that day, cake was the only thing everyone ate & everyone got food poisoning. I cannot stress enough that for the sake your family's health, do not but from them.

Pire service ! J'ai pris un thé & j'ai demandé a la serveuse de m'ajouter de l'eau chaude Dans ma theiere puis Elle a refuser. C'est unacceptable & c'est du jamais vu ailleurs. Je ne recommended pas.

Terrible service, they let people go ahead of you! & the cashier thinks she's clever saying they have other clients. Lady, check who arrived first before speaking!

On est arriver 1h avant la fermeture & on ne nous dit qu'on ne peut s'assoire car ils fermaient dans 1h. Vraiment mauvais service & le serveur netait pas aimable. Visite le 24 mai 18h

Great patisserie! We used to come often when it was Cremino. It's changed name so I believe it has also changed owner, & we weren't sure how it would be now but the pastries we had were very good. The service was nice too & the sitting area was clean.

In my 66 yrs of living on this earth I have never encountered such a despicable human being as the owner of this premises. He told us to bring our trays back to the counter when we were almost out the door, as we did not know they had to be returned as we left them on the table. He said it'it's written there' , while he, the owner was standing doing nothing behind the counter with another employee. We brought back the trays & I said ,'Thank you & it will be the last time'. This ignorant person starts laughing at us, which of course shows his education level of ZERO, & says I don't need you people it's 17yrs I am in business. WELL WATCH OUT DEAR SIR, WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. I will never step in this establishment again but I was told by people already that this owner is a very ignorant person, & I didn't believe it till today as we are usually there when he is not there. I will spend my money at Duc De Lorraine where the service is impeccable.
