Un autre commerce avec des heures d'ouverture tout à fait ridicule. Au lieu d'ouvrir si tôt, ils devraient plutôt ouvrir plus tard pour fermer plus tard & ainsi répondre à plus grande clientèle.
Extremely disapointing. Been a customer for years, always had pretty & delicious cakes & pastries. Unfortunately won't be returning ever again after my disaster of a 30th birthday cake. The attached photo is after attempting to salvage it, which didn't really work out obviously.
For my 30th my mom wanted to get me a nice cake, & she knows how much I love the Fraisier cake here, so she splurged & got the 130$ Fraisier photo cake. Big mistake. It looked nice when we picked it up, but it didn't last. Firstly, they don't have boxes to fit their large photo cakes in, so they created a box using 2 of their larger square boxes, which seems risky & leaves holes at the top since they tape the lids into a triangle shape.
We drove about 25-30 minutes to the restaurant where we were having my birthday party. When I went to grab the cake to bring it inside, I saw through the hole that the top of my cake was blank & had what I can only describe as a wet layer of cream, & the photo was all folded up in the side of the box, completely ruined. The rest of the cake was fully intact, & we had the AC on full blast, so it wasn't an issue of melting. I believe that whoever made the cake didn't set it properly, & they just didn't make it correctly. The border of frosting on top should not have been piped on to the photo, the photo should have been slightly smaller than the top of the cake, & the frosting border should have been piped on to the cake itself, so that it could create a protective border for the photo.
I called as soon as I calmed down & stopped crying, to tell them what happened to my cake. The guy that had handed me my cake answered, & put me on hold to speak to the owner. When he came back, he had a bunch of excuses & even said'well when I handed it to you it was fine right?' & I was essentially told that the owner said it was our fault & that we must have'hit the breaks too hard' or something while driving. Completely absurd response. There was zero sympathy or accountability. If your cakes can't survive a car ride there's a problem with your cake/baker, not the customer's driving. Mind you their normal fraisier cake, Biscoff cake, & chocolate fruit cake have survived a 1hr+ car ride, so clearly it was not a driving issue. My cake was just not made correctly.
If it was my business, & the person who's birthday it is called & told me what happened, I would feel embarrassed & sad for them & would try to make it right, not blame them.
Très déçue de mon expérience aujourd'hui, le 8 août. Je viens régulièrement chercher des croissants pour mon travail & j'utilise donc une carte d'entreprise. Lors d'une précédente visite, le propriétaire avait pourtant clairement indiqué qu'une exception était faite pour les entreprises.
Aujourd'hui, l'employée a refusé la transaction &, lorsque j'ai tenté de lui expliquer la situation, m'a simplement répondu qu'elle travaillait là depuis 7 ans, avant de me lancer avec une attitude très désagréable : « Si ton patron te dit de ne pas faire quelque chose, est-ce que tu le ferais? »
Qu'une politique ait changé, aucun problème. Mais le manque de respect & de professionnalisme est complètement inutile. Elle a ensuite continué à parler avec un autre client sans même me dire bonne journée.
Première fois que je suis traitée de cette façon dans cette pâtisserie, malgré mes visites régulières. Très décevant.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par ce que j'ai vu dans cette pâtisserie. Au-delà des produits vendus, le respect des employés & des clients devrait être une valeur essentielle.
J'ai assisté à une scène très choquante où le patron a bousculé un employé & lui a parlé de façon humiliante devant tout le monde. Les autres employés ont également été traités avec un profond manque de respect. L'atmosphère était très tendue & on sentait que les employés avaient peur de réagir.
Le plus choquant, c'est que lorsque des clientes sont intervenues pour calmer la situation & défendre l'employé, le patron leur a manqué de respect. À l'une d'elles, il a répondu de manière arrogante, & à une autre, il a carrément dit d'aller se servir chez elle si elle n'était pas contente.
Je n'avais jamais vu un commerçant agir de cette façon devant ses clients. Un patron qui manque autant de respect à son personnel & à sa clientèle ne mérite pas leur confiance. Je suis repartie avec un très mauvais sentiment & je n'y remettrai plus les pieds. J'espère sincèrement que les employés seront traités avec le respect & la dignité qu'ils méritent.

J'ai essayé cette pâtisserie pour la première fois, & ce sera malheureusement la dernière. J'ai acheté plusieurs morceaux de pâtisserie, mais la crème n'était pas fraîche & avait un mauvais goût. Après en avoir mangé, j'ai eu une intoxication alimentaire.
La qualité des produits est très décevante & ne correspond pas à ce que l'on attend d'une pâtisserie. Le service n'a pas non plus été à la hauteur de mes attentes.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement & je conseille aux futurs clients d'être prudents.

imagine being a customer for years & then get treated like shit by the owner. Just sad never supporting this bakery again. Good luck in business if this is how u treat ur customers by blaming them for your cake mistakes
HORRIBLE service! C'est le moins qu'on puisse dire! La fille blonde aux yeux bleus au comptoir est impolie, insolente & ne possède aucun respect aux clients! Pire experience !
