Lovely design & love the many options of cakes & desserts. Also have some Greek ingredients products like coffee, feta, olive oil etc. Clean & decorative. Very welcoming & pleasing to the eyes as you skim through the displays.
Conozco esta pastelería desde que era nina. Sus pasteles siempre frescos. Productos griegos. También tienen mucha selección de productos de temporada. Siempre atienden con paciencia, son muy amables. Siempre que necesito pasteles o baklava es mi sitio preferido. Recomiendo mucho! Se siente en ambiente de generaciones de experiencia.
I visited this bakery in a great mood, but the experience was quickly ruined by extremely poor customer service. The employee assisting us was rude, impatient, & repeatedly rushed us while we were trying to choose, telling us to hurry up in a very dismissive tone.
There is no justification for treating customers this way. Everyone has bad days, but taking it out on paying customers is unacceptable. If someone cannot maintain basic professionalism & courtesy, they should not be working in a customer-facing role.
It's especially disappointing considering this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident, as other reviews mention similar experiences. While the cake was decent, the service was bad enough that I would not return or recommend this place.
Fresh, soft & yummy bakery. I like coming here once a month to satisfy my cravings. The people are always kind & they seem to love working there. I love all the hot bread items straight out of the oven.
Had a very bad experience today at the store . One of the store girl was very very rude & was very racist with me . When asked to be nice & respectful she argued with me .we are the customer & Dey should behave well & really no manners even to fell sorry . What a pathetic staff
Pâtisserie Afroditi is an absolute gem for anyone with a sweet tooth. I make it a point to stop by whenever I have the chance or am passing nearby, & I've never been disappointed. Over time, I've tried nearly every pastry they offer, & each one is simply perfect-flaky, flavorful, & fresh. The cookies, in particular, are to die for; soft, chewy, & packed with just the right amount of sweetness.
What makes the experience even better is the staff. They are consistently helpful, welcoming, & genuinely friendly, making every visit pleasant & easy. Whether you need guidance on what to try or have questions about their offerings, they're always ready with a smile & great recommendations. It really feels like a bakery that cares about its customers.
The atmosphere inside is also worth mentioning. It's warm, inviting, & well-organized, creating a perfect environment for shopping & browsing. Whether you're grabbing a quick treat or taking your time to choose from their impressive selection, it feels comfortable & enjoyable. The presentation of the pastries adds to the charm, making it hard to resist trying something new each visit.
Overall, Pâtisserie Afroditi is more than just a bakery-it's an experience. The people working are hella rude,they do not know how to treat their customers nicely & professionally. If any of you wants to ruin someones mood u can send them to this bakery.

I've been coming to this & the Laval location sporadically for over 10 years & this place has great birthday cakes like their ferrero cake, pistachio cake, marzipan figures, galaktoboureko, etc. The older lady though is a bit rude & seems to not like when you point to something to show what you want. She really needs to be a bit more polite & positive but otherwise it's great.
Aujourd'hui, pour la première fois, je me suis rendu à la pâtisserie Pâtisserie Afroditi, car d'habitude c'est mon épouse qui achète là-bas.
En entrant, j'ai trouvé une dame à qui j'ai dit bonjour, mais elle ne m'a même pas répondu. Ce n'est pas grave, j'ai donc répété poliment mon bonjour. Elle m'a alors répondu : « Je vous dirai bonjour quand je serai prête à le faire. »
J'ai été très surpris par cette attitude, que je trouve inacceptable dans un commerce. Je suis donc allé directement voir le responsable.
Il serait important de veiller à choisir des personnes respectueuses & professionnelles pour assurer le service client.
Je suis très déçu de cette expérience.

Le pire service a la clientèle ! Souvent je trouve le propriétaire & sa femme qui sont super super gentil & je retourne a chaque fois a cause d'eux! Aujourd'hui a 15h , la madame au comptoir n a pas envie de travailler je pense , elle ne veux pas parler ni m'expliquer ce que ça contient comme produit, comme si je la force a me servir ! Malheureusement très honteux pour une pâtisserie pareil avec tout son historique & ses magnifiques produits, mais quand quelqu'un comme cette Madame te donne ce service irrespectueux, vulgaire, pas de bonjour ni merci ni au revoir ….surtout a Montreal! J
I had ordered gender reveal cupcakes for Sunday, the presentation was very nice over all.
I was very upset to see that where the icing was, there was also the color filling right there. I was expecting it to be where the sponge was. I was very upset & won't be spending my money here again.
50$ not worth it. Never again.
