Terrible customer service. I called today to ask if there were eggs in the tiramisu cake, but the lady who answered spoke very rudely just because she received another call that day by a person who asked the same question. She literally screamed at me even though I was being calm & trying to explain. Never calling or going to this place again.

Hello, I ordered a birthday cake for my husband. We usually get desserts from them, & everything has always been fine-I've ordered cakes from them before. But this time, I paid extra for them to decorate it with strawberries. As you can see, some of the strawberries are still green, & others are just rotten. I don't understand what I paid extra for.

So disappointed from the rude service I received today. I mean I am already paying to buy a product from u guys. However, the attitude the staff a lady has toward me was rude, super rude. I mean CUSTOMER SERVICE & GOOD EXPERIENCE for the client is also something to conside. Never coming back!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I went to buy a vanilla cake that was already on display & I simply asked if extra decor could be added to it. The 3 ladies were really rude & disrespectful & told us to go somewhere else. We have been coming to this bakery for many years but this experience was really disappointing. They insulted & had such a bad attitude. No respect to their customers.

This restaurant is amazing. The warm atmosphere & diverse menu make for a great night out. I loved the fresh ingredients & the expert cooking. The staff were very attentive & made us feel special. I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends.

What a great find! The cozy atmosphere & fresh food made for a wonderful meal. I loved the balance of flavors in every dish. The staff were very attentive & provided great service. I'll be sharing this place with everyone I know. It's truly a unique dining destination.
