Demande par courriel pour commander une pâtisserie de leur carte OU un dessert personnalisé (comme indiqué sur leur page Instagram) pour un cadeau d'anniversaire, ils répondent en une phrase que'ce n'est pas possible' sans prendre la peine de lire la requête.
Bref, après avoir passé du temps à formuler la demande pour aider le chef pâtissier (s'il y en a un...) à trouver le dessert le plus adapté (ne vivant pas sur place), c'est assez désagréable de se faire envoyer balader de la sorte en tant que client.
Le gâteau que j'ai acheté dans cette pâtisserie n'était pas frais. Il était dur, sec & très décevant. Pour une pâtisserie, c'est inacceptable de vendre un produit dans cet état.
En plus de la mauvaise qualité du gâteau, le service a été horrible & l'expérience générale très désagréable. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this bakery in Montreal. The service was terrible, & the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. The worst part was how poorly they treated my 6-year-old daughter, which I consider extremely disrespectful & insensitive.
No customer should have to go through something like that, especially not a child. On top of the poor service, the overall experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

My experience at this place was very disappointing. The sweets were excessively sweet, low quality, & lacked the authentic flavor one would expect from a real Greek pastry shop. Honestly, this does not represent Greek pastry at all; it feels more like an insult to that tradition.
Some of the products also seemed stale or as if they had been sitting in inventory for too long. On top of that, the service was terrible, with unfriendly & unprofessional attention.
