Pas de Problème Café est, dans l’ensemble, apprécié pour son café de grande qualité et ses patty jamaïcains faits maison, ainsi que pour des plats comme le jerk chicken et le grilled cheese, le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse et un décor jamaïcain vivant. Les avis soulignent aussi une atmosphère détendue et une terrasse plaisante, mais le service est souvent lent et peut paraître peu accueillant, avec une impression de froideur du personnel. Certaines portions paraissent petites pour le prix et les tarifs peuvent sembler élevés pour ce qui est servi. L’absence de wifi est mentionnée par plusieurs et peut gêner ceux qui veulent travailler sur place. Côté boissons et desserts, le choix est apprécié avec des cafés variés et des pâtisseries et cookies maison qui complètent le repas, et le goût des patty et du poulet jamaïcain est fréquemment salué. Easily the best Jamaican patties I've ever had in my life & I've had a lot. Their fried chicken sandwich & jerk chicken are also out of this world. I'm not the biggest fan of the jerk chicken grilled cheese but I already knew that was gonna be a tough sell for me. I think most people will like it.
This is such a nice spot! Just kinda sad they don't have WiFi, I understand but still! I had a chai latte & it was beautifully spiced & their chicken Jamaican paddy was delicious. With tip the total came to 15$. Highly recommend! Unless you need a cafe to do some work at
I simply loved Pas de Problème Café! Super cozy vibe & the jamaicano is a must try for coffee lovers, something they do that took away the bitterness. Perfect little spot in town to relax, chat, or just enjoy great coffee. Definitely coming back to drink a coffee or just chill.
The chocolate cookie is a must for sure, & the Jamaican patties are really good. It was worth the wait for sure because we arrived early. The latte is ok nothing wow but the americano taste really good.

What a little gem of a spot. Looking to try something different but very good. Then you hit the spot with this place. Afternoon lunch spot to enjoy one of their sandwiches or a different type of drink I'm speechless. & last but not least their Jamaican patty is a killer. & finish it off with a Key Lime pie forget it.
Coffee's good, but the homemade Jamaican patty & molasses/gingersnap cookies are absolutely insane! Employees are super friendly & the interior decor is very cute as well.
The environment of the restaurant was really nice. I really like what they did with the decor & ambiance. It's a modern take on Jamaican restaurant/cafe which I find is a really unique concept. To add, staff was really nice & attentive to us. Although, for the amount of food you get, it's quite pricey. I would come here to study & have a small snack but not really a spot to have a full meal.

I haven't tried many things / stayed very long, but I'm in awe of this place. It is one of the best upgrades to the area since I moved here in 2018.
- rare menu items done well - excellent for people who want to try new things. My egg salad sandwich came in a high quality box as if I were being sold a watch (who is your graphic designer/printer?!)
- coffee is actually so good, has that je ne said quoi when it first hits your mouth. Best in the area easily
- the layout & design are super contemporary without feeling soulless. Tons of Jamaican art that helps makes the space what it is
- music is on vinyl all day & they have dominos
- open 7am - 9pm (this seems like the kind of place to close at like 2:45 pm but it's NOT!!!)
- full meals all day for normal prices. between the flavours & presentation / design) each plate feels crafted & thought out
The ONLY thing to be warned about is it's not super speedy. So if you're just passing by for a coffee, make sure you have 10-15 to kill even for a short line. With the quality of coffee & food I don't really see how it could be faster so it's not a criticism just a warning.
I've been here every other day since it opened! The BEC is amazing , love the jerk grilled cheese & the 1/4 jerk is my go to. Best Jamaican food in the city if montreal. The patty is the reason to visit as well!
