Pas de Problème Café est, dans l’ensemble, apprécié pour son café de grande qualité et ses patty jamaïcains faits maison, ainsi que pour des plats comme le jerk chicken et le grilled cheese, le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse et un décor jamaïcain vivant. Les avis soulignent aussi une atmosphère détendue et une terrasse plaisante, mais le service est souvent lent et peut paraître peu accueillant, avec une impression de froideur du personnel. Certaines portions paraissent petites pour le prix et les tarifs peuvent sembler élevés pour ce qui est servi. L’absence de wifi est mentionnée par plusieurs et peut gêner ceux qui veulent travailler sur place. Côté boissons et desserts, le choix est apprécié avec des cafés variés et des pâtisseries et cookies maison qui complètent le repas, et le goût des patty et du poulet jamaïcain est fréquemment salué. Visited in January 2026. We were looking for a cozy coffee spot to eat & have a drink, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing & overpriced for what was offered.
Food: Very overpriced. We ordered the avocado toast for $15 & it was extremely underwhelming - just 2 slices of bread, two eggs on the side, & two slices of avocado placed separately (see picture for reference). Mind you, we were very surprised to be served that. It really didn't feel worth the price. We also tried the chicken grilled cheese, which mostly tasted like spicy sauce & lacked flavor overall. The only item we genuinely enjoyed was the coco caramel latte.
Service: The service was acceptable, nothing negative to say, though it was a bit slow.
Atmosphere: The decor is nice & cozy, but the space is quite small, with only about four tables & a few benches for seating.
Overall: I would recommend this place for coffee, but not for the food.

delicious cheese & guava pastry as well as fresh juices ( sorrel - hibiscus, pineapple & ginger ). cute terrasse in the back & nice interior
updated winter review : delicious & super fresh flakey patties, flavourful jerk chicken grilled cheese & nice plantain pancakes. all the drinks were great :) They kept up the quality & improved diversity of
options, creativity of meals, design of the place. Highly recommend
I simply loved Pas de Problème Café! Super cozy vibe & the jamaicano is a must try for coffee lovers, something they do that took away the bitterness. Perfect little spot in town to relax, chat, or just enjoy great coffee. Definitely coming back to drink a coffee or just chill.
What a little gem of a spot. Looking to try something different but very good. Then you hit the spot with this place. Afternoon lunch spot to enjoy one of their sandwiches or a different type of drink I'm speechless. & last but not least their Jamaican patty is a killer. & finish it off with a Key Lime pie forget it.
I haven't tried the food, nor did I stick around for the atmosphere so I can't really speak on that, & I've only been here twice. The music is a little loud though, straight as you walk in also.
Except I'm not sure I'm gonna be coming back... I ordered a ginger drink the first time & it was awesome, figured it'll be my go to since I work in the area. But this time it came with too much ice & in a smaller cup...
When I asked about it, a different girl than the one that served me chimed in a little aggressively & said they'ran out'.. That it wasn't supposed to be served in the other size, etc..
I get it, sometimes that happens. But to charge me the same price for a smaller drink & act like its my problem was a little rude.
As a few people mentioned it kind of felt like'how dare I mention this?' , that I'm being extra when I'm just shocked that it cost me 7$ for pretty much a tiny juice.
The place looks nice. It's got nice decor. I had the bread & butter & jam, it was good.
However, for drinks, I can't have coffee & milk, so my usual order is chai latte with oat milk. But here their chai latte mix, is premixed with regular milk! & there's no hot tea available.
I would say, don't premix your chai mix with milk. One, In this day & age, not everyone drinks milk. Two, it makes it easier to go bad in this weather sitting in a bucket of ice.
