Exceptionnel pour l'ambiance, le décor, l'accueil chaleureux de Santino & son équipe! Vraiment ça fait toute une différence d'entrer & se sentir super bien ! & que dire des sandwiches uniques un meilleur que l'autre ! & même les petits déjeuners sont toujours frais & délicieux ! Un avant goût de l'Italie ! Le détour une fois.. Parma Café deviendra incontournable! Attendez moi j'arrive ! 😊

I was quite disappointed with my most recent takeout order. I ordered the September Panini of the Month, & it had almost no portobello mushrooms or mortadella, & very little sauce. The sandwich was very dry.

I've never had an issue with Parma Café before, so this was surprising. If they had run out of ingredients, I would have preferred to be informed & given the option to choose another sandwich. It cost me 23$ (with tip), not worth it.

There are way better sandwich places within a 5 minute walk.

Slow service, everyone got their food several minutes apart to the point where the first person was done eating when the last got their food. Not suitable for a lunch break.
The sandwich themselves weren't bad, but disappointing, for the price & wait time.

Parma Café is located right on Jean-Talon Street, & if you exit through the back door, you're right in the middle of Jean-Talon Market, such a convenient location!
The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, the service is very pleasant & friendly, & the coffee is really good. A perfect spot to grab a coffee & a great sandwich while exploring the market. Highly recommend!

Je suis sure que les sandwich sont délicieux mais le café glacé est pas mal cher pour si peu de café & autant de glace. le service était très rapide par contre & c'est une belle place.

Leurs sandwiches sont frais & EXCELLENTS ! Ça fait deux fois que j'y vais & je les trouves toujours bons !

L'assaisonnement de leur frite & la sauce aux truffes qui viennent avec les frites est tout simplement WOW !

Great sandwich but I would appreciate if there were a few more peppers & if the bread was toasted a minute less. Caesar salad was also had but the lettuce looked a little aged. Service was fantastic! I would come back probably.

Brutal : le genre de place que j'aurais aimé, aimé, mais ils sont difficiles à aimer.

Les sandwichs sont super bons, l'endroit est vaste & lumineux. Le problème? Le staff.

J'ai rarement vu & m'être entretenu avec des gens aussi prétentieux & condescendants, le genre que tu regrettes immédiatement d'avoir croisé & pire, leur avoir donné ton argent.

À l'accueil comme en quittant, juste bête & méchant.

Y'a ben d'autres places de sandwichs à Montréal qui n'ont pas cette attitude là en prime.

Ah oui, & le staff fument leurs cigarettes juste à l'entrée du restaurant, on adore le passage dans un nuage de cigarettes avant d'aller manger.
