At Parma Café, the spirit of Italy meets the vibrancy of a fast-casual restaurant. Enjoy an authentic espresso prepared to perfection, as if you were in Naples. The menu, featuring carefully prepared paninis and salads, will also take your taste buds on a culinary journey. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely coffee, Parma Café promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home.
Parma Café earns high marks for quality coffee, delicious Italian style bites, and consistently friendly service, with many reviews praising the panini and the monthly special and noting a lively yet cozy atmosphere in the heart of the city. While the menu is loved for sandwiches, pastas, and reliable espresso, some guests mention occasional inconsistencies such as dry porchetta or items priced higher than expected, and a few comments about crowded spaces or minor service hiccups, but overall the place is described as a dependable spot for coffee, lunch, and a welcoming vibe.
Cute place, my first time here. The panini & service was disappointing though. I had the porchetta panini. It was super dry, there was no olive oil or butter on the panini, was just dry porchetta & lettuce & pepper. Was hard to swallow down , that's how dry it was. Porchetta was not at all seasoned. Had to remind them to bring my coffee. Host taking my order was impatient also. Not encouraged to come back.
Very nice chill coffee, the music is chill, staff super nice & helpful. We took 2 teas, a cappuccino & a hot chocolate. Everything tasted good. The cappuccino & hot chocolate were not too sweet, perfect!
Highly recommend.
Parma Club panini (chicken, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise, a bit of pancetta (~bacon)): chicken is dry so more sauce would have been better, but they give a lot of meat so it's an alright trade off.
Fries: seasoned fries with truffle mayo.
Aranciata soda: sweet orange soda, there is just the smallest bit of pulp at the bottom.
Ouf. Ouffffffff. Tricky one here. Food is good, & they might know it a bit too much. Got into the restaurant & asked about an update on an order made on UberEats. No one gave a damn **. Stayed there for 10 mins, nobody cared. Ordered at 11:15, pickup from between 12:15 to 12:45 for a client meeting. Got there at 12:20, UberEats app tells me ready by 1:05. No lunch for the meeting. Not great at all. I'll say this - they highly likely prioritize orders coming from their own platform. Just be mindful when you're about to do a pickup order, don't go through UberEats.

Place is very nice & good is good . Our first experience was amazing our second not so great . We spent 100 dollars on 4 meals realized that the mayo contained truffle awake the waitress to switch to regular mayo & she charged me .75 cents obviously it was not a money issue but a customer service !' After a customer pays 100 & asks for mayo ... is the .75 cents really necessary !
Parfait endroit pour se donner rendez-vous près de la Place Victoria. Excellent service, très courtois. Délicieux café & petit gâteau glacé citron-vanille!

Parma Ca é is outstanding! The coffee is top-notch, the staff are friendly & passionate, & the atmosphere is cozy yet stylish. Every detail is thoughtfully done, making it the perfect spot to relax or work. Highly recommend stopping by!
I've ordered here every other week, sometimes multiple times per week for over a year now. The recipes have recently changed, & not for the better. The San Daniele staple has now suffered cost cutting measures while still costing 20$ after taxes & tip, for a sandwich! Arugula was switched out for McDonald's shredded iceberg, & olive tapenade was scratched off entirely. This sandwich can now be made yourself for less than 5$. My regular smoked salmon sandwich, which is the one I can eat regularly for dietary restriction reasons, without going for the terrible "veggie" one, has now been removed from the menu. Value for the price no longer seems to be there. Shame, as it was for me the best sandwiches in town.
The cafe is fantastic! I had a bagel & a croissant, & they were both delicious. My only suggestion would be to update the pictures with the current pricing. It can be a bit confusing for those of us on a budget when the menu visuals don't match the prices. Otherwise, great experience!
One of the best sandwiches in Montreal! They have other locations as well throughout the city. Highly recommended for pick up or you can eat on site. My favorite is the steak sandwhich. Run, don't walk!
