At Parma Café, the spirit of Italy meets the vibrancy of a fast-casual restaurant. Enjoy an authentic espresso prepared to perfection, as if you were in Naples. The menu, featuring carefully prepared paninis and salads, will also take your taste buds on a culinary journey. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely coffee, Parma Café promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home.
Parma Café earns high marks for quality coffee, delicious Italian style bites, and consistently friendly service, with many reviews praising the panini and the monthly special and noting a lively yet cozy atmosphere in the heart of the city. While the menu is loved for sandwiches, pastas, and reliable espresso, some guests mention occasional inconsistencies such as dry porchetta or items priced higher than expected, and a few comments about crowded spaces or minor service hiccups, but overall the place is described as a dependable spot for coffee, lunch, and a welcoming vibe.
I don't know if I got unlucky because most people seem to love the food here but I got the classic chicken panini & it was the most unflavored sandwhich I've ever had. It smells exactly like the mcjunior from mcdonalds becaue its pretty mich the same ingredients & I believe their sauce was mayonnaise. The sandwich was cold as well.
My coworkers & I come in at least once a month to try the Panini of the Month-& we've even started our own'Parma Club' at work because we enjoy it so much. Huge thanks to the whole team for the consistently great food & friendly service. Special shoutout to Elizabeth, who always takes such good care of our group & makes every visit easy.
Also, our club is very happy (& excited) that you brought back the smashburger on your permanent menu.
For the price these paninis cost, they are definitely NOT worth it - unfortunately the ones I got were dry, tasteless & the ingredients didn't balance together well.
The latte I've ordered was also sadly bad tasting - super bitter & not creamy at all.
The only advantage of this place is the location - being right next to the train station.
We came when there was no one else there, so the service was fast.
Cute place, my first time here. The panini & service was disappointing though. I had the porchetta panini. It was super dry, there was no olive oil or butter on the panini, was just dry porchetta & lettuce & pepper. Was hard to swallow down , that's how dry it was. Porchetta was not at all seasoned. Had to remind them to bring my coffee. Host taking my order was impatient also. Not encouraged to come back.

Parma Club panini (chicken, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise, a bit of pancetta (~bacon)): chicken is dry so more sauce would have been better, but they give a lot of meat so it's an alright trade off.
Fries: seasoned fries with truffle mayo.
Aranciata soda: sweet orange soda, there is just the smallest bit of pulp at the bottom.
Thank you to Angelo from Parma Cafe for providing 65 delicious lunch boxes for our Randstad Team's EDI&A event. The paninis, salads, cannoli, & beverages were fresh, healthy, & incredibly tasty, making for very happy colleagues. The service is top-notch, & the delivery was perfectly on time. What more could you ask for?
