I come here for breakfast & lunch. The staff is always amazing & they make great coffee! Usually if you order just drinks (coffee) they take orders in a separate line which speeds things up.
During lunch hours it's usually quite busy but the wait is well worth it!

Visited Parma Cafe in downtown Montreal during the summer & had a great experience. I ordered a coffee & pasta, & both were excellent-fresh, well-balanced, & clearly made with care. Special thanks to the chef, Jinil, whose cooking really stood out. The flavors were rich & comforting, & the presentation was clean & appetizing. A solid spot for anyone looking for good coffee & quality Italian-style food in the heart of the city. Would definitely visit again.

I am embarrassingly fussy about my coffee & truthfully not that many cafes can pull a decent espresso. I am super addicted to this place… like a junk I crawl in every day I'm in town to get my fix, usually 3 in a row while I have my cigarillo on the steps with the fientes d'oiseaux … not even that can put me off.
Hopelessly addicted 😢☕?☕?☕?💀
