The menu, featuring carefully prepared paninis and salads, will also take your taste buds on a culinary journey. Overall, Parma Café receives strong praise for delicious Italian style dishes, excellent coffee, and friendly, efficient service in a bright, welcoming setting that works for both quick meals and work sessions. The sandwiches and paninis are frequently highlighted as flavorful and substantial, with monthly specials and crowd favorites keeping regulars coming back, while espresso and other drinks are often described as top quality. The atmosphere is often noted as pleasant and conducive to lingering or getting work done, though a few reviews mention that the space can feel small or busy and that some prices run high for the portion or item. Occasional critiques point to dryness in a porchetta panini and a few service hiccups, but the overall impression is of reliable food, good value in portions, and friendly staff. In short, Parma Café stands out for solid coffee, tasty bites, and a welcoming vibe that draws guests back.
Chef's kiss! Fresh, flavourful Italian sandwiches that are big enough to share, delicious pasta & tasty Caesar salad with homemade croutons. Perfect ambience with natural light & a nice patio for a relaxing lunch. If we lived here we would come all the time.
Really yummy papini place with lots of options.. chose the veggie one. The place was a bit too cold for me but I could not stop eating my sandwich 😋🥙
Was laptop friendly when I went, great mood to get some work done 👌 really friendly staff as well
Italian cafe & sandwiches with cute staff. What else could you need?
TLDR: espresso great, matcha best I've had (!!!), sandwiches very good, had a classic tomato pesto style BANGER.
I ordered a flat white which was made small like a macchiato 🤌🏼 It was nice & strong & the espresso was smooth. Well made.
My friend ordered a matcha latte. God damn. those who seek the green dust- look no further.
I kept thieving sips of the best matcha latte I have ever had.
Often matcha lattes (& all lattes for that matter) are a time-consuming excuse not to steam milk smoothly (under or over), or mix the powder like it's a bowl of your morning oats. But this was not just some powder + liquid, this was a consistent drink.
The matcha itself was not sandy, grainy, muddy, earthy, bitter, or any other descriptor you non-matcha drinkers might use to describe it.
Anyways just frickin try it.
The sandwich, a monthly special on the menu, was a delectable way to bring joy to ma bouche. Toasted, bread not to thick, greasy, with a perfect distribution of cheese, tomato, pesto, & whatever else was on this bad boy… I simply regret not going back for seconds before close.
I evaluated my hunger to gauge if it would influence my review… & after careful consideration I believe that in fact I just like this place.
Cute place, my first time here. The panini & service was disappointing though. I had the porchetta panini. It was super dry, there was no olive oil or butter on the panini, was just dry porchetta & lettuce & pepper. Was hard to swallow down , that's how dry it was. Porchetta was not at all seasoned. Had to remind them to bring my coffee. Host taking my order was impatient also. Not encouraged to come back.
