A family member introduced me to this gem, & I'm so glad they did! I was craving Italian food, & I decided to give this place a try! The sandwiches were amazing, the fries were delicious & crispy, & the tortellini was the best in town. The salad was divine, & I loved trying Buccini cheese for the first time. Highly recommend!
One of the absolute best coffee spots in Laval! I introduced it to my friends & now we're all hooked. Everything I've tried has been excellent, from their fresh salads & breakfasts to their pastries & coffee. Honestly, their salads & pastries are some of the best I've ever had.
The atmosphere is bright & welcoming, with lots of natural light & a spacious layout that never feels crowded. I come here at least twice a week, & the staff is always kind & attentive.
Recently, I ordered takeout & realized an item was missing when I got home. To my surprise, the staff went above & beyond, they personally delivered the missing item right to my door right away!
Highly recommend this place, both for the food & the exceptional experience every time!

Very friendly & cordial staff. Very lively place on a Saturday morning a bit loud for conversation inside (for me & my sensory issues) but I was there to write & with my headphones it was the best it can be for studying spot, which is what I am looking for.
Very cute coffee spot ik laval! Great service, large room with a lot of comfortable places to spend time with friends of work, delicious drinks, highly recommend!
Great food & polite & friendly employees but atmosphere & operations are chaotic:
- hot & humid & the AC didn't work properly,
- way too loud
- messy lineup at the cash & you need to push through people to get to the washrooms / your table
- chaotic table & order management, they gave our food to someone else & had to redo our orde
Unfortunately, they are lacking consistency! The 1st month they were openly all the sandwiches were prepared to perfection. The last 2 times was a very big let down. Chewy steak with only 1 thin slice. Chicken club had almost no chicken & very small bite seize pieces that were falling out from the bread. & how could they mess up frozen fries? Hope they get it together, I'll give them another shot but after that I'm done wasting my money on bread & condiments.

My friends & I discovered Parma Café a few months ago, & since then, it has become our go-to spot. We're there at least twice a week!
The food is absolutely delicious, & the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, & respectful. We always receive perfect service from both the team & the owner himself. What truly stands out is that no one comes to bother you every few minutes like in other places ,you're free to relax & enjoy your time without being rushed.
Yesterday, we had a voucher from their app for a free panini (limited to certain types), & even though they had none of the promo ones left, the owner kindly offered us another kind for free. We had told him it wasn't necessary & were just curious about the offer, but he insisted , it was such a generous & thoughtful gesture. It's rare to find that kind of care & attention these days.
Great place to have a coffee with a friend,
We went around 6:30pm it was a quite a busy,
But the service was quick
I had a light cold latte it was good
Also got the fire chicken it was spicy so if you love spicy it should be in your list
& my friend took a steak capoccolo épicé sandwich
It was also good but she preferred to have a more mayo inside to make it juicier
The all employees were super friendly
I would definitely go back

I visited Parma Cafe on a Saturday during peak lunch hours.
The service was fast & efficient, with the server being attentive enough to confirm my full order when I thought something might be missing. The table number system worked well.
While most prices are reasonable, some items may be slightly overpriced. However, the quality of the food made it feel worth it.
The cookies were outstanding, & the bread used for sandwiches was fantastic. Drinks were easy to enjoy. However, the fries were over-seasoned & under-salted, & the dipping sauce could be improved. Despite this, we still enjoyed our meal.
Fantastic spot, whether a coffee date, catching up with friends, or looking for a cozy place to get some work done. The ambiance is warm & stylish, with a modern yet inviting decor that makes you want to stay a while.
The coffee is rich & well prepared, & they offer a great selection of fresh pastries & light bites. The service is fast & friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Plus, the seating is comfortable, & the atmosphere is just the right balance of lively & relaxing, perfect for conversations or focused work. A versatile café that's definitely worth a visit!
Parma Café has a great ambiance with plenty of seating, even on short notice, which makes it a reliable spot whether you're meeting friends or just dropping in. The atmosphere is relaxed & inviting-perfect for studying or casually hanging out. The sandwiches here are amazing, & I highly recommend the **Gigi chicken**-it's packed with flavor & definitely a must-try. Desserts are also solid, especially the pistachio-based ones, though they were a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, a great café with excellent food & a welcoming vibe. Definitely worth a visit!
Went to Parma Cafe for a lunch date with my dad. I had the steak sandwich au jus & he had the sausage sandwich. Both were excellent. Not sure if they make their bread or purchase it from somewhere but whatever the case may be please don't ever change it. Fries with truffle mayo were also delicious. Coffee was very good as well. Price for quality & portions were on point. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend
Loved this place! Excellent service from Michelangelo. He gave great suggestions & looked like he was happy to be there. We came on a Tuesday at 3:00 & it was perfect. I had tried to come at lunch one day & it was packed. The bread for the paninis is perfect. Nice flavour & crunch, not too much doughy filling, big enough to encompass the layers, & it stays in tact until the last bite. The mortadella sandwich is delightful. We would prefer maybe another cheese, but over all great. The spicy steak sandwich, recommended by Mick, is amazing. Full of flavour & great ingredients. Spicy but manageable. The French fries are great. The sandwiches are about 18$. Not cheap, but worth it. We didn't have dessert this time but they look amazing. As a tea drinker I was happy to see & assortment of really good teas. Looking forward to coming back & trying everything.
Such a cute café. I tried their panini, fries & canolli, everything was great. Will definitely come back, although it is very crowded so it's difficult to find seating.
Whether with family, friends, colleagues, or just by myself working or reading, Café Parma is the best spot I know in Montreal & Laval. It feels like home, with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The team is exceptionally friendly, & the quality of the coffee & food is outstanding. Highly recommended!
First Timer. Plenty of parking around. Welcoming & friendly staffs. Place was clean & cosy. Menu was straightforward with quite a lot of Panini options. Food came like 5min after ordering which was nice. I personally had the La Gigi which was good, compared the Turkey one, which I tasted too. Also, fries portion is real big Good overall experience #recommended
