Love love love this place! Great coffee, fantastic sandwiches & desserts. The staff & owners are so nice. I go almost everyday for my morning coffee♡ Great job you guys! So happy to finally have you in Laval! I highly recommend this place for the atmosphere, food & service!

First time trying out this cafe ! I indeed like the vibe . I like Italian cafe & this one is in a good location, they have all kind of coffees plus food , they even serve alcohol! Recommend this cafe !
They have a rule about no laptop usage during certain hours, which was never clearly communicated. At first, we were told that if we closed our laptops, we could stay. I honestly don't understand what the issue is with having a laptop at a table.
We were asked to move from a table for four to a table for two since we were only two people, which was completely reasonable, & we moved without any issue.
Shortly after, we were asked to leave because people were waiting. After already cooperating, that felt unnecessary & disappointing.
On top of that, the staff were rude & dismissive in the way they communicated with us, which made the whole situation worse.
Overall, not a pleasant experience & I wouldn't recommend it
Not a good spot to study or work, very loud. We were two people sitting at a table for three in a corner near a charging outlet, while we saw two other customers taking a table for six & staff didn't say anything to them. After about an hour, staff came to tell us we were not allowed to use laptops, even though several people were clearly using laptops at the bar right in front of them, as well as at other tables.
To add to the confusion, we weren't even using our laptops at the moment they came to talk to us; we were just talking, eating cake, & drinking our coffee. They could have kindly asked us to move to the bar if laptop use was the issue.
On a positive note, the temperature inside was perfect, drinks & cake were amazing, Overall, the rules didn't seem to be applied consistently, which made the experience frustrating & uncomfortable.

Parma Café Laval is the best option I can offer.
Service was amazing, my family & I were treated with kindness & respect throughout our whole experience.
The food was amazing & definitely worth it, I 100% recommend their panini's!! Coffee was fresh & not expensive at all; I received a great quality coffee for a great price!
All in all no complaints, only good vibes & great times.
We came as a group of 4 men, ordered cakes & coffees. & were asked very rudely to leave to free up tables by, I would assume, the manager after a little more than 1h30. What is unacceptable is the manager's attitude when speaking to us, especially since he came a first time to ask us to move tables & giving us weird looks.
We were a group of four people & each of us purchased a coffee. After sitting for about one hour, an employee approached us & told us that we needed to leave. When we asked why, considering we had all paid for our drinks, he replied,'You can't stay for like five hours.' This comment was confusing & unfair, as we had only been there for one hour. Although we agreed & left, we felt disrespected by the way the situation was handled. This is not the kind of service or treatment customers expect after making a purchase.
Overall speaking it's a nice place. It's a little too loud so you won't be able to have a decent conversation without using your' teacher's voice'!
However, the reason I'm writing this review is one of the manager's attitude. My friend & I arrived before the rest of us. As the place was jammed we sat at a smaller table. When one of the half round bunkers became available we proceeded to move there, only to have one of the managers ( I think) telling us we can't sit there unless we're 3 or 4 & that he will wait for the rest of us to arrive to offer us that seat!! I asked it's there a line up? Well, there was non. I mean we're not selfish ignorant customers, of course if a bigger group was waiting we wouldn't switch. There was NO line up if ppl to be seated. The bench just next to us had TWO people only. The one on the other side received TWO people without being shamed for. Our other friends arrived & we had our coffees & ( very sweet) cheesecake & left. But I won't ever go back. You don't want my business, it's absolutely fine with me & I'm sure you can't care less either. However, I thought customers deserve to know what kind of a treatment from the manager they might be getting.
Servers are fine & respectful. I'm not familiar with the whole management team but this guy ( a shorter Italian guy) definitely should attend some customer service courses.
' Customers is always right', that's how you run a business.

Great place for a coffee, meal or dessert. Atmosphere is wonderful & staff very friendly. Food is delicious as always. A great place in Laval an absolute must!!
We enjoyed our visit to Parma Caffe during summer 2025 & relived the outdoor terasse. However the indoor area is to noisy for our taste. Service is good but the food is average & overpriced. We will stick to coffee ☕.
One of my favourite spots in Laval to grab a quick coffee or a bite. In my few times here, I've tried the Parma Club, Spicy Steak & Capicollo sandwich & grilled chicken salad & they were all delicious. Uber orders are always upto par as well in terms of quality & freshness. Love this place

Loved the vibes of the cafe, specially during weekends. It's packed during weekends evening. Would recommend cappuccino, cafe mocha & chocolate cake. Cold coffee (frappe) & cannoli was okay!!
Clean & hygienic environment.
Went for a quick brunch, really cool vibes with traditional Italian music playing at just right volume. Had the Bagel cream cheese & egg omelet. It was delicious only thing I would recommend is for the bagel to have been a little meatier to better accommodate the omelet & dressings. coffee was EXCELLENT, try the latte light!!. Will definitely go back as it's a cool place to hang out.
