"The best gluten-free croissants! Super flaky and buttery. My partner has Celic's and we came to Parc sans Gluten every morning for breakfast while we were in Montréal. As someone who can have gluten, I thought their croissants, danishes, and empanadas were just as good as non-gluten free ones. Highly recommend!"
