Flavour is acceptable but extremely overpriced & the guy asks if I wajt hummus I answer yes & garlic sauce then says it is extra. I clearly stated in that case I would've only taken garlic sauce who eats a shawarma with only hummus. He could've offered to change it but did not. I wanted to see if he would do anything but nope.
Thank you to Ehab I had a nice welcoming service, I didn't know how to eat for lunch & he kindly offered me may choices, I took really good chicken shawarma. Thanks for the best customer service today
Ehab is easily the best! He took care of us with great portions & the food he prepared is simply excellent!!! If you see Egab preparing your shawarma, know that you're having a high quality plate!!! Thank you again for this wonderful experience at the YUL airport!!
We had a great experience with our server Ehab & he made me the best falafel sandwich I ate in a long time. Also the beef shawarma plater was delicious. Highly recommend Parmount YUL if you have some time in the airport.

We had an amazing experience at Paramount at Montreal Airport, all thanks to Ehab! He made us the best shawarma we've ever had fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared. What truly stood out was Ehab's warm smile & exceptional customer service. Despite the busy airport setting, he was kind, professional, & made us feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work & treats every customer with such care. Thank you, Ehab, you turned a quick airport meal into a memorable moment!

Honestly the best shawarma out there. I have shawarma all over the continent regularly & this is the best. Staff are friendly & the food is consistently delicious. My favourite place to stop with time to kill at YUL. Employees menu is good. Grab the lunch box!
This is our first time at any paramount restaurant. I heard a lot of good stuff about them but this location is disappointing. The Shawarma is substandard by all means. Mediocre taste, small size, & nothing like Lebanese shawarma. I ordered a plate with Kafta & shish tawook. The rice, fatoush & hummus are good. The meet is not grilled at the time of the order. It is sitting in a tray & they heat it. The kafta is made in an oven not a grill.
The prices are way higher than comparable restaurants. The service is suboptimal as the staff seem indifferent with the customer & they are not welcoming.
Jerusalem Shawarma in Calgary is much better by all means.
Great place for Shawarma. Had a quick grab of mixed shawarma & its fresh & tasty. Wont be same taste as you find in Vancouver or Calgary. These guys have a slightly diff taste. The tea was good & hot. Definitely recommended for weary travellers.
I love shawarma, this place didnt do it tho, Staff is slow & unorganized, its over priced & the food is mediocre. Sad taste in my mouth for my departure
I'd eat elsewhere. $17.25 for a shawarma that's smaller than what you get from a typical shawarma shop when you order a small sandwich. On top of that, I was told hummus in the sandwich is extra. The cashier handled my sandwich with her bare hands when taking it off the grill. Minimum tip option is 15%. I understand airport prices are typically higher but the size of the sandwich, extra charge for hummus 😂 & the lack of hygiene by the cashier is truly comedic. Sandwich was neither good nor bad.
