The Chicken Dum Biryani was an absolute delight, with perfectly cooked, fragrant basmati rice & tender pieces of chicken marinated in a flavorful blend of spices. Each bite was rich with layers of taste, making it one of the best biryanis I've ever had. In addition to the biryani, I tried the Masala Dosa, which was equally exceptional. I use to eat here before its close but now the biryani becomes worst in taste. Low salt , nothing like biryani just masala rice with boiled like Chikan piece . Taste baar is already high by other biryani house in downtown. Huge quantity didn't matter if you not able to provide taste . Added salt & I just eat rice . Thrown all the chiken in to bin . Take this review positively & try to fixed tase or try different kind of biryani . Review EDIT Everyone deserves 2nd chance & its was one of the oldest biryani house in downtown. my last 3 ordered was up to the mark . All 3 time biryani was so delicious .Chiken was fresh & well cooked . Tastes was authentic ,for full biryani quantity feel bit less than what we getting before but for taste wise definitely improved . I think they come back very well .View more

I am from southern part of India. I do know how an authentic biryani tastes. I have been a regular take-away customer for them for Biryani & I have never tried other dishes so can't comment on them. I have tried few other biryani's from famous outlets in Montreal. I can guarantee by & large Paradise biryani is the best & authentic Dum Biryani I ever had in Montreal & will always recommend to any one on their biryani dishes. I have met their chef & appreciated him he puts his heart & soul into it to give us the best biryani every time & I have never disappointed with them. Depending upon your taste bud you can ask the person at the billing counter to adjust the spice level from mild, medium to high they would prepare it as per your requirements & I always go for the medium one & that suites for me. Biryani dishes are reasonably priced can't complain & they serve a decent quantity if you are heavy eater 1 biryani is more than enough. If you are a mild eater you can have it for 2 servings.
I would have given 5 star for even atmosphere but given 4 star only for the location since it is located in the basement & its a small decent chain outlet & you can't ask for more therefore I always prefer to do a take away with them & they also present in skip & uber too. Assuming after renovation they have put some reasonable number of tables & chairs for customers to dine & it is very good. I would recommend anyone to try their biryani dishes I am confident you will not regret.
