What a fantastic little coffee shop. The decor is really nice, the tables are nice & big. The coffee itself is fantastic & they've got so much interesting variety. The baked treats were also fantastic. Highly recommended, especially if you're cold after climbing Mont Royal.
Delicious cortados & friendly service, but honestly the furniture wasn't very comfortable. I understand that they don't want to create an oasis for people who buy a single coffee then stay five hours, but for those of us popping in for ten minutes it's not great.
One of my favourite coffees in the neighborhood, complete with friendly staff & nice vibes 🤌🏻☕
My fave place for coffee in this hood. No extra charges for dairy alts!!!!! 😍
Best coffee & pastries in Montreal, that we tried. We keep returning to this place.
Very good music, very good coffee, very bad temperature control i was very cold :(
This location has a completely different setup to the one downtown. Here there are more tanks for working the space is cozy so it's not good for business calls nor personal conversations. The coffee is just as good as the downtown location though. Here they even have a curry latte that I was curious about. They also don't charge for oat milk & make a real good dirty chai with made in house chai concentrate that is more on the watery, spiced side of flavor.
The coffee is alright but it's crazy expensive. A tiny cappuccino is the same price as a large other places.
Had a couple hours to kill & decided to drop by for a coffee. I didn't want to leave! I knew once I saw the barista put on a vinyl that the vibe was going to be amazing! Great place to study, get some work done, or just hang with a friend. Will definitely be back!
Great atmosphere & service. Excellent coffees. Fabulous grilled cheese sandwiches. Close to Mont-Royal & parks. It's a nice spot to end up after an outing on the mountain or the park. Outdoor seating.
Pros: good coffee, interesting selection of coffee, meat looking place, good location. Cons: Coffee serving too small, customer service/attitude. The little guy seemed not very friendly or interactive. After paying six dollars for a latte I was surprised to get something more like a cappuccino. People arriving after me got served for me. Advice: it's easy to make good coffee, it's harder to please your customers. Baristas should always have a good attitude & be interactive with your customers, otherwise the coffee is not worth it.
Great coffee from Zab, always delicious. Lowering the score because of the No Laptop table. It's a coffee shop, I paid for the coffee, which is not cheap, & I can stay where i want, even with the hexed laptop. If coffee shops wish to limit extended stays & sell more there are other ways. instead of "No laptop" the card on the table could say "You're welcome to stay, but don't forget other people exist too", or something.
