I ordered a flat white to go. I received a half full 6oz cup. I am not a fan of oversized coffee but if I pay 6.15$ for a flat white my expectations is not to receive a small cortado. I asked the barista if she could just add more milk to my coffee & she poured the little bit that she had left & told me she couldn't do anything else because I should have ordered a cappuccino if I wanted more milk… I was confused by her answer.
Coffee was average maybe because there was'too much milk' however I have a hard time imagining that a double espresso could be totally drowned in a 6oz cup… maybe it was a mishap. But I don't think I'll go back
Got coffee from which was ok but the locality didn't do good !!!
I ordered a cappuccino, & it was really good. There were some people chatting with friends, while others were working or reading. I loved the interior design, but staff were a little too noisy for my liking.
I stumbled upon this place while walking through Old Montreal & was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is very relaxed & perfect for catching up on some work or just reading a book. The coffee is high quality & the staff were very friendly even though they were quite busy during the morning rush. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area.
Honestly one of the better spots for a morning brew in the city. The space is bright & clean & the background music is kept at a reasonable volume which I really appreciate. Prices are pretty standard for Montreal & the service was quick. I am not a local but I could see myself coming here every single day if I lived nearby. Truly a solid addition to the local scene.
The aesthetic of the shop is really nice & fits the historical vibe of the neighborhood perfectly. I ordered a flat white & it was prepared with a lot of care. It is a great spot if you want to escape the tourist crowds for a bit. It feels like a genuine local hangout rather than a generic chain store. Highly recommend stopping in for a quick caffeine fix.
I came here specifically to try their specialty coffee & I was not disappointed. The baristas really know their craft & the bean selection is top notch. It is a bit small inside so it can get crowded during peak hours but that just shows how popular it is for a reason. Great spot to recharge after walking around the cobblestone streets for a few hours.
