Pretty place, definitely put the effort into decor. Could have put more effort into music though. Holiday tower was good overall & a nice variety, but it just wasn't fresh. It might be because we came for a later service but the grilled cheese & the mini pot pie were kinda cold, for example. I wouldn't recommend the Nutcracker rooibos, it definitely wasn't as nutty as I thought it would be. Service was friendly & attentive.View more

I've always enjoyed high tea & last had it at the Savoy Hotel in London so my expectations were relatively high. I was charmed by the entire experience, right from the moment I looked into the front window still decorated for the Christmas season. We were greeted immediately & brought right to our waiting table. The decor is whimsical, the service was both friendly & attentive & the food was a lovely mix of traditional with a Quebecois twist, as advertised. I will be returning next month with my two elderly aunts who I know will just love the experience, from decor to menu! We inquired as to when they had opened & were told last April (2024). For a relatively newer establishment, they have the feel of having been around for a lot longer! Love that we have this new option in the city!View more

Beautiful "Alice in Wonderland-ish" experience. Delicious bites (incl vegan options) of high tea delights served on beautiful 3-tier service trays. Prix fix at $60. Vegan options. Great selection of teas served in your own pot. Service is attentive, & the decor is delightfully fanciful. A real treat. Great for a special occasion. This is truly a gem! I highly recommend this place simply because this is the real tea lunch experience like in the UK. Classic, great service, amazing food, great menu & cosy ambiance. This gorgeous tea room makes you feel like in a very sophisticated old room of a beautiful Chateau. The kid menu is on point with the tea salon experience & the little touch for them was noticed & appreciated by my 8 years old daughter. She is telling all her friends about this experience & recommends it to anyone. As for the adult, i highly recommend this place for a great experience & a cozy fun time with friends &/or family. Let's not forget this place after Christmas as this is a gem that needs to stay in Montreal. Tea time is any day of the year. This will for sure become my go to place to have nice memories & discussions with my daughter.View more

We did a lot of research on tea shops & houses before visiting Montreal & this place never came up. We found it completely by accident but it was one of the best things we did on our trip! The tea & food was some of the best we've ever had! The nutcracker tea was the clear winner! We did not make a reservation but came right when they opened & we're told they could give us a table for an hour & a half. That was plenty of time to enjoy our tea & meal. Part of our party was vegetarian & had no trouble. Would highly recommend!View more

4.5* We have made the reservation to celebrate our friend's birthday & I also checked in with the hostess when I arrived. A description of the birthday boy was shared with the hostess & when I requested for a little candle, she later reassured me that her colleageus will prepare something for the birthday boy. Unfortunately, nothing was done though the service is nice & prompt in general. I personally did not like all the food but it's a personal preference, the rest of my friends generally enjoyed their hi-tea. Just wished our birthday boy had at least a little candle to celebrate his special day. I guess they forgot to pass the message along.View more

On a adoré !! Déjà hâte à leur prochain menu afin d y retourner. Super facile d accommoder les plats pour certaines allergies (produits laitiers, dans mon cas). Service excellent. Franchement, on y a passé près de 3 heures, moi qui habituellement s impatiente après 1:15 assise à une table de resto. Les autres clients avaient l air aussi emballés que nous.
